Loving you back

Jennie's POV   I was going home from my part time job. The weather was getting more windy with each step that I took so I was trying my best to reach my Oh so sweet homeeee. ok maybe I exaggerated a bit I was actually referring to my rusty old apartment which is my only shelter from this cold world. A car sped through me and wow!  This day couldn't get any better...now my favorite jeans and white shirt is stained with water. “Like what the f*** man are you blind? can't you just care for the pedestrians too" I shouted. The people around me are giving me weird looks that adds to my anger. Can’t they mind their own businesses? I really hate my life...why is every bad thing written in my destiny..? i asked myself while increasing my pace to get to my flat quickly. Its 9:12pm so you can guess that it’s really dark and the weather is also adding more to it. As my apartment grew nearer I could not help but shiver as the area i live in, is scarcely populated and at this time of the day only drunk people can be seen walking around. I was just about to enter my apartment building,  yeah well you cannot call it a building cause it is old and in a very bad condition, when I heard some voices. I could not understand what they were saying as their voices are very low. My consciousness tells me that it could be very dangerous and i should stay away from it but me being the one having curiosity about everything decided of getting just one glimpse of whatever they are doing. I was of the notion that they are some thugs or bullies doing their routine work or just drunk people hanging around. As i slowly moved towards the backside of the building while trying my best not to make any sounds i could hear their voices clearly but could not see much because of the darkness. They were around four people and by their silhouettes i could see that they had guns and very big ones. "We should get rid of this s**t soon" one of them said. "Yeah boss must be waiting for the good news" another one added. "I never imagined i would get to kill such a big shot " the small man said. "It wasn't easy for us to do so, boss has done so much planning just to get rid of this man but he is quite strong you know" the first one said. "Will you guys shut up and focus on your job or you want to get killed?" the one who had been silent all this while shouted suddenly. "Yeah you are right let’s do it" i got shocked and frightened as it was my first time seeing such a dangerous situation in front of my eyes (add slow music yeah cause I was actually scared). I thought i was going to piss my pants. My heartbeat was fast and it was becoming very difficult for me to stand their without making any noise. i did not know what to do if i made any noise they would come here and get rid of me first and it will not give the victim anytime to run cause they’ll be done with me within seconds. I had a vague thought that they were going to kill someone whom i hadn't even seen till now because they were standing around him. Wait what am i even thinking about at such a moment? come on Jennie you can do better than that. They were again talking about how to kill him and get rid if his body. I could see the blood on the ground because of the lightening. He must have lost so much of his blood after getting beaten up by these bulky men.
