Hannah’s POV
Lunch was going better than I'd expected, especially with Ray's questions earlier, but it seemed like he was actually trying to get to know Anton.
"So Ana tells me that your entire family is pretty successful."
Anton nodded, "Yes, they are. I got my work ethic from them. Being around successful people was a big motivator for me."
I didn't know why I'd been worried in the first place, because Anton was so good with his words that it would be impossible for Ray not to like him.
Ray nodded approvingly, "I have to say I'm impressed by what you've managed to accomplish at such a young age."
Anton cracked a smile and said, "Thank you, sir."
I had just taken a sip of coffee, but hearing him say 'sir' had me struggling not to spit my drink out.
