Test subject 217, or known as Devin as his friends call him, is a powerful being. He is one that was gifted with a power that can help millions of people, but to him, it's nothing but a curse. He lives in a military base with a few like him, although they never have shown their specialties, he has made friends with a couple of the younger kids. Follow Test Subject 217 as he discovers who he really is and who he was before the power showed up.
