Cheating Boyfriend Book I: Nothing is Perfect

The window was closed. The curtains and blinds were left untouched. The moon laid its eyes on two children. The moon was bright as the color of white snow lingered into it. It blessed them with their warm light. The young girl was in a coma after an accident that occurred three years ago.  It took away her memories. Memories of who she was, who her family were, who her friends, her lover, etc. The accident causes people to be sad.      They would lose someone they are important to them or her. They were stuck in the same place just like her. She wasn’t alone. When she woke up slowly as her eyes were trying to adjust from the light, she could see everything all white. She thought she was DEAD. Or that she was in heaven.  She could vaguely hear strange people talking. Some were talking in English language. Some were speaking native languages. She couldn’t comprehend what was going on.      Nor was she able to understand where she was. The people in the room with her were in a state of panic. And they brought people dressed in white coats. To others, they would know they are ‘ human doctors ‘. At first, she thought they were here to hurt her. But, she had this inkling feeling that the person is supposed to be a doctor. She didn’t get up off the bed. She felt her body ache everywhere. And she couldn’t move. It’s like her body shut down due to the numbness she felt all over.      She didn’t move around a lot nor did she move her head. She slowly scans the room without moving too much. There was talking and/or whispering going around. She didn’t adapt to the languages that were spoken. She could still hear countless footsteps coming in and out of the room. She didn’t need to lift her head to see it. She also feels and hears countless heartbeats beating fast and slow. Then there was heavy breathing from some people. She starts to pass out every time she gently opens her eyes.      She could see that people there brought someone to help out. As she slightly turned her head to her left, she noticed there was a handsome stranger. He looked exactly like a beauty at first. Because he was strikingly similar to herself. But, he was a man who is the same age as her. Except that both his and hers had a babyface. They look younger than their actual age. Because, to her; the boy had the same defined face shape as hers. Except that his was a triangle face shape. And hers was defined as a heart face shape.      He and her have the same gentle eyes. They also had the same hair color. Their hair reflects the sun as if it’s alive during the day time. But, at night; it is reflected by the moon as if it’s protected by the moon goddess. On the other hand; their hair styles are different. She didn’t focus too much on the physical appearance of the boy next to him. She couldn’t see that far. She couldn’t really take in what his physical appearance was. However; the hair color that the boy had was oddly familiar.      It feels like she had the same hair color as hers, but with a different hair style. The boy had a narrow round thin eyebrow shape, while she had seductive arch eyebrows. Their hair color stands out more. Specifically, the boy and her had a vibrant yet dazzled hair color. It rarely reflects the sun as if it’s alive during the day time. But, at night; it is reflected by the moon as if it’s protected by the moon goddess.  A strange man walked inside the room. She heard it. Her eyes felt heavy.      She tries to stay awake, but it fails her. The man approached her. He was standing by the side of the bed. He slightly cupped her face. He caresses her face gently as if he’s trying not to hurt her. His expression changes to sadness only to her and the boy next to her. The man tried to calm himself down as he took a deep breath. He left the room by himself. Because; to him, he has this urge to punch someone’s face. So, he left the room and tried not to yell at anyone that came close to him.     He silently cursed himself of what he just saw with his own eyes. He came back to reality when his phone started to ring. He answered the phone. He talks in a native language, so no one would listen to his conversation. He saw two people enter the room where he left. He tries to ignore the sound. But, how can he when the voices of theirs were so loud. It was as if they were yelling, but they used a normal tone of voice as they spoke. When they came into the room, the people there just nodded at them.      They shake their heads as if signaling to them there wasn’t any news yet. A lovely woman in her 20’s was with the man she was with. She crooked her lips in a smile as they saw the middle-aged couple. They greeted them silently. The man left the woman with the others as he started to sigh. He rubbed the back of his head with his hands. The girl felt this was familiar to her. But, this time the man was different. It didn’t have the same aura she felt last time. It was an aura she disliked. She tries to ignore that thought.      As he approached her, a painful yet sharp pain piece through her heart. She didn’t know why she felt sad when this man approached her. He wanted to cup her face, but he hesitated and decided not to. The girl felt that she should put the puzzle together. But, no matter how hard she tries; she feels an ache in her mind. It was telling her to let it go. Move forward. Make new memories. But, a part of her wants to know even if or when it would be painful. To her, it was easier to identify who’s who based on their aura.      Some that tried to approach her didn’t have any dangerous aura. The one that has a murder intent kind of feeling. She didn’t open her eyes even if she wanted to. A part of her felt like this man was familiar to her. Like he knew her. But, she doesn’t know him. Like this man she felt a connection. A connection that she knew this man in a lifetime. Since then, a man-like doctor breathes in and out as if it's a sign of relief. He informed two adults that appeared to look like a responsible person.     As for her, she tried to adjust to her eyes, but she couldn’t. She tries to get out but her legs feel frozen. The girl continues to hear people talking. Then, she thought she felt a murderous aura. However; she cannot pinpoint it. Her mind was still processing where she’s at. She doesn’t know this feeling she felt in her heart. It started to feel pain, but confused at the same time. The married man wrapped his wife around her shoulder. He was trying to comfort her. The doctor in white coat approached the married couple.      The woman saw his shoes standing a few feet apart from them. The man taps her right shoulder as she slightly looks up at him. He could tell that the woman was feeling exhausted.          “ How is she a doctor ? Will she ever wake up ? “ said a middle-aged woman as she lifted her head to look eye to eye to the doctor as she sighed.         “ The same as usual. It’s really strange. How did she end up in the hospital? Not to mention, she’s in a coma. How did it become like this ? “ said the male doctor as his voice was laced with worry and concern as he looked at the married couple at the same time.         “ I am not sure. My husband and I rushed into this hospital. Right after I got a phone call from this woman that’s near that man. I suspect that sl*a woman did something to her, “ said the woman as she quietly said that to the male doctor as she tried not to cause a scene in the hospital.         “ Tell me, who was the last person that was with her ?  “ said the male doctor as he tried to calm her down so she wouldn't burst out crying again.         “ I believe that man was with her. I think he was my daughter’s boyfriend. How did she end up like this ? She was healthy as a horse. She was doing fine after she talked to me  “ said the male voice as he was trying to refresh his memory while informing him.         “ Was there anything strange that happened to your daughter ? Like her attitude. Her behavior ? Was there anything out of the ordinary ? “ said the male doctor as he tried to collect as much information as possible from the married couple, because he could feel that this wasn’t right after hearing that the girl was really healthy.     The married couple shook their heads. However; the married man felt like there was a change in his daughter’s behavior. He doesn’t know if this would be useful for the doctor. But, he has to try.         “ Well there is. I noticed before that she had little appetite. And when she tries to eat food; she would throw it up as if she was sick. And then a couple of days before the accident; she called me. Her voice was so excited, but it was a mixture of worry and sadness. Like she wants to tell me the news “ said the middle aged man as he placed his hand over his heart trying to calm down so he wouldn't have a heart attack.     The doctor sighs. He looked at the information of the girl on the clipboard. He checked it over and over. Everything is normal. Then he heard that the man’s daughter threw up food that she ate. He knew the girl wasn’t sick. But, it’s possible that something else happened besides this. He took a deep breath as he ruffled his hair like he’s starting to feel frustrated. After a few minutes, he had an idea pop in his head. That’s when he realized that piece of information helped a lot.          “ Please would you two come with me to my office? I need to talk to you about something privately. Without any prying eyes and ears if that’s okay with you guys ? “ said the male doctor as he could feel that the people in this room were lying to him about her condition.     The married couple nodded at them. They didn’t want to get close to the woman. They could feel that something wasn’t right with their daughter’s boyfriend being with that woman beside him. The doctor gestures to them to leave the room. And they followed him.      .. scenes swiftly change .. The doctor’s office     The married couple followed the doctor to his office. It was enough space for all three to fit. The doctor sat down near his computer. His computer was on and ready to use. The man gestures to the couples to sit down. They sat down as they were told as the woman closed the door behind her. There was complete silence in the room. The woman slightly coughed as she broke the silence.         “  What’s wrong doctor ? It seems like you know what happened to my daughter “ said the woman as she got the attention of the doctor when she sighed once more.         “ I don’t know if I should tell you this. And I hope you won’t panic. I didn’t want to mention this in front of others “ said the male doctor as he talked in a lower voice only the married couple could hear; since he’s afraid others would hear it.     The woman and her husband look at each other. Then they look at the doctor once more. They both nodded at him letting him know that they would be found knowing.         “ When your husband here told me that your daughter felt sick right after she threw up from the food she ate. I believe that this is one of the early signs of pregnancy “ said the male doctor as he waits for their reactions.     The doctor watches their every movement. He could tell that they were both shocked at what they had found. The man saw both of their eyes grow wide. Then they start to frown. They weren’t happy to hear the news. Since, their daughters still look young. They took a deep breath. The woman didn’t like the news, because she knew that the only guy who made her daughter like this was her daughter’s boyfriend. She had a feeling that her daughter’s boyfriend changed. Like he wasn’t his cheerful side anymore.         “ My daughter can’t be pregnant. She still has a lot of life ahead. How did this happen ? “ said the woman as she sighs after she spills her concerns to the doctor.         “ You know exactly how babies are made don’t you , Mrs. Forte ? “ said the male doctor as he raised his right eyebrow at her after she yelled at him with a shocked tone of voice.         “ I do know how babies are made. But, my daughter shouldn’t be. She’s supposed to finish her education, have a boyfriend after, get a job, get married  and have kids “ said the woman as she breathed in and out trying to calm down from finding out her daughter had a life inside of her.         “ Did you forget Mrs. Forte? Your daughter already had a boyfriend. One who is not responsible for his own actions. There is more to this story than meets the eye. I feel like your daughter’s boyfriend is hiding another piece of information. And I don’t trust that other woman that was with him “ said the male doctor as he voiced his opinion to them.         “ I had a feeling my daughter was pregnant. But, it’s not showing on her stomach yet. What will happen now since she’s in a coma? Would it affect the baby in any way ? “  said the man as he showed concern for their daughter as it appeared on their face.         “ I could also tell that you’re hiding something from your daughter. But, I won’t go into details of it. Since, I don’t want to pry on it. Hopefully nothing else happened when we left the hospital room “ said the male doctor as he looked at them like he’s worried about leaving their daughter alone with the person who caused her like this.     The male doctor could tell this wasn’t on purpose. It was more like the person wanted her to end up like this. However; he doesn’t have enough evidence to find out who did it. … Meanwhile …      When they left, the man was on his phone. He ignored what anyone was saying. He never once touched the woman’s hand nor his waist. It would be disrespectful for him to do that in front of people. He wants to show that he cares about her. The man was also confused too. He didn’t know that his girlfriend was in a coma. And he didn’t know how she became like this. The last time he talked to her was when they had an argument. It was their first time having a couple quarrel as lovers.     It was the night that his girlfriend accused him of cheating on her a couple of times. He could remember it happened before the incident. It took him one year of giving her space at the same time as not talking to her on January 31 2018. Then it’s also his first time hearing about an accident that occurred in 2019. Not only that, it was also his first time hearing that she was in a coma since the incident in 2019. He tried to visit her, but her family didn’t want him to. They told him that she was still in a coma in 2020.     Recently, he heard news from doctors that she was supposed to wake up in 2021. But, she didn’t. Something was wrong. It was as if someone or something didn't want her to live. She was innocent and friendly. How did she end up like this no one knows. It took a toll on her best friends too. The ones that know her very well. And they still visit her no matter what. They are like family to her. Like a family that she should’ve had. However; she couldn’t. She wasn’t capable of feeling anything. It was as if she was different.     As he didn’t visit her all the time, there were countless rumors spreading about them. Any woman could take this opportunity to flirt with him. Even when he has a girlfriend. He couldn’t resist the temptation of any woman even when he’s only just flirting with them in a friendly way. But for other woman; they took it seriously. It has become a dangerous game for him. He remembers it all. The girl’s boyfriend POV January 31 2018 SUPER BLUE BLOOD MOON at 5:30am      I woke up early. I stretched my whole body before getting out of bed. I looked at the calendar. I feel like today would be a great day to start. It was a feeling that I felt for the first time.          “ Today’s date is January 31 2018. I know it’s early for me to wake up. But, I want to greet my girl good morning in the morning. It made me feel giddy “ said the boy with black cropped hair and brown eyes as he stretched his arms at the same time as he yawned.         “ Good morning, love. How’s your morning today ? “ said the man whose heart was filled with love as the man texted his girlfriend on his phone.     It was the first time for me to wake up this early. I usually wake up in the afternoon. I like to give my girlfriend a love filled text. It made me happy knowing she loves this kind of gesture. She was the one who stole my heart. My heart skips a beat whenever I see her smile or laugh. I love her so much. I love seeing her smile. It was gentle and calm like an angel. Her smile was so innocent. I fell in love with her all over again. However; I didn’t know that my world would be turned upside down.      If I knew, I shouldn’t hide this secret of mine from her for so long. Would she understand if I told her? My girlfriend won’t forgive me after this. I had no choice. But, I knew every guy would have a choice to do this. Would it be different if I choose something else?
