days turned to weeks and weeks turned to months,months turned to a year

"young master gu here's miss su activity for a year"assistant Li placed a brown envelope politely on the maroon table

"got it you can leave now" he waved his hands and picked up the envelope

"yes master"bowing slowly he turned and left

alone in the office he opened the envelope and fished out a photo.the girl in the photo looked peaceful as she sat on the swing,her soft black wavy hair was flying behind her obviously caused by wind.wearing a red cashmere sweater she looked adorable,her little face looked whiter and her big expressive eyes were shining with light.

"su jin its been a year since you left its good you are happy there" he said and touched her photo gently before placing it inside the drawers

sitting inside the huge meeting room,everyone's back was drenched with cold sweats as they stared at the man sitting with his hands clasped on the table.one couldn't deny his handsome features,his thin lips were pursed and his jaw looked defined.

"Mr Cheng I still don't understand the project your company brought up,as you all know our CEO is a very busy man and you are wasting time" assistant shen spoked out coldly while glancing at his watch impatience and irritation clearly showing in his eyes

"so...sorry....assistant shen....its...like...this...umm actually...the....ummm..waiting..yes waiting for my assistant to complete it I....."his stammering words was cut off when they heard the piercing sound of a ringing phone.immediately chairman Cheng and his group broke into another bout of cold sweats

"curses who's phone is ringing shut the damn thing down" he roared fear visible in his eyes as his hands trembled

"uhh...sir...its assistant Li's phone" one of the men in the room muttered in a shaky voice.the room turned quiet quickly and they all stared at the cold man at the edge of the table

"shen" he finally called out his voice sounding hoarse and sexy

"pick up" he coldly informed

"ahh yes" he said and hurriedly fumbled through his suit pocket finally getting it out he picked instantly and placed it on his ear

"what's the matter feng why are you calling you know we are having....." his eyes grew wide with shock

"sir, feng said miss su...miss su is at airport waiting for you she couldn't get through your phone so she called..."

Gu hyunjin hair was pushed back with such force that it fell side ways without a word he walked out of the room in a breeze and banged the door almost breaking it off its hinges.shocked the people in the room all turned to assistant Shen

bowing his head he said" the meeting has been adjourned master yeong has something important to take care of I will send you guys out" he politely raised his glasses

The airport was filled with people walking in and out.standing by the tarred road a girl was waving her hands on a face while sighing

“Aish its so hot where the hell is hyunjin am practically roasting",standing with her suitcase su jin yelled in her heart.because of the hot weather her hair was practically sticking to her face and the sun shone on her,even shirt was drenched with sweat but she stood stubbornly under the sun

"I better go back inside the airport else I might die before that fool gets here" she grumbled while dragging her heavy suitcase

a car came to a stop in front of her and she peered at it,slowly the window rolled down and she saw gu hyunjin cold face. puffing her Cheeks she complained

“you sure did take your sweet time to come here one more minute and I'd be toast under the weather" she snorted and crossed her hands

"miss su miss su its not like that actually master yeong has been busy all day so he didn't see your calls when feng called we rushed down here "assistant Li scrambled forward to explain while heaving for breath

"are you sure assistant Li"? she asked while eyeing them

"I won't lie miss su" he hurriedly answered

"how come you are here so fast I made the call 30 minutes ago,if am correct from the company to here would take an hour how come you got here within a span of 30 minutes eh assistant Li you sure know how to lie" she wagged a brow at him

Gu hyunjin pushed open the door ,with large strides he pulled the woman into his arms,bending his neck he inhaled her scent greedily

"xiao jin" the man finally called out

"took you long enough to acknowledge me" she sneered at him her stubborn arms refusing to hug him back

“I..i I missed you jin”he murmured on her neck making su jin feel ticklish.with a laugh she hugged him back her head settled perfectly on his chest

“Cough sir the car…” assistant li wanted to cry ,what’s this PDA

"Let’s get in the car" he gave her a small smile but his eyes where clearly shining as he released her from the hug

"yes yes let's go " saying so assistant Li Grabbed her suitcase then pulled it into the car

"alright this big sister will be big hearted and accept your invitations .am tired and sleepy wake me once we get there" she ordered lazily before closing her eyes

getting back into the car assistant Li got ready to drive away

"turn on the air conditioner"

assistant Li blanked for a few seconds before turning it on,handling the wheels he got ready to drive away again

opening the door gu hyunjin stepped out and carried the sleeping su jin with him

"she is sleeping" he replied then walked off

"I know that ,you possessive demon he ranted in his heart" and walked toward the back to pick up her suitcase before following them.getting to the door assistant Li pressed the bell and the butler stepped out a few seconds later

"good day assistant shen,young master gu...."seeing the lady in his arms the butler eyes grew wide,"this...miss...young miss" he stuttered

nodding at him hyunjin walked passed him and went it.still shocked butler shen looked at assistant Li who in turned bowed lightly before walking in.closing the door the butler hurriedly followed

"I know our son was stupid back then but at least it didnt affect our relationship with you guys thankfully you were big hearted and forgave him brother su" mo pinyu said in a flattery voice

"its okay" came the stiff reply from su chul

"hehe well actually the two kids are getting engaged the day after tomorrow I hope you can make it.you see those brats really love each other I didnt support it at first but they persisted and my heart soften am still sorry for what he did to your daughter back then let's bury the hatchet okay brother su"?

"its not me you should apologize to but my daughter as for the engagement it depends on my schedule" saying so he picked up his glass and sipped calmly

just as mo pinyu wanted the speak the butler rushed forward
