Andree agreed with Dr Frances that they will come with him, when they reached the table where they intend to stay, Dr. Frances introduced them to a certain lady and told them that she was an acquaintance, and her name was Ms. Divina. It was just a brief and quick introduction since the doctor attended MJ immediately.   

The doctor asked, “Ms. Divina do you have your eye cleanser with you?”   “I had my contacts on before I left the house, but I have a spare one back in my car, I could ask my secretary to take it for you.” She replied sounding deeply concerned.   

Andree felt like they are now attracting attention, and would be causing inconvenience to other people, he made sure MJ could see his eyes while he stared at him, he made sure that he could feel his daggering stare.   

MJ spoke, “Wait doc, I think I am crying, I hope it washes away the glitter.” As he tried to flicker his eyelids.  

“Woah! Hold on.” I think we have it, the doctor wiped the glitter and showed it to them.   

Andree took MJ’s mask and replaced it with his spare plain white mask he bought from the bookstore. Saying, “you know man, simple things are much safer.”   

Suddenly Andre was at a standstill for the reason that he picked up a smell of something familiar; it was a chamomile scent! It made his heart somewhat beat rapidly, then out of nowhere he had a thought of lady Dagger. 

He suddenly envisioned her smile, her body, then he was only able to get back into his senses when his name was mentioned by Dr. Frances repeatedly as he was trying to get his attention. 

Without Andree’s full mask on, it will be very visible that he got irritated with the doctor for pulling him out of his imagination. He could still smell the scent of the chamomile, he tried to look around to check where the possible source was. 

He felt his phone vibrate, he had a glance on it and saw that he had received a message, he opened his phone and saw that it was from JM, 

he told him: “I Saw Ms. Divina was checking out on you, what happened to you? I Think you are making her uncomfortable! What are you doing? you seemed distracted! Focus man!”   

After he was done reading the message, he tried to collect himself, he clears his throat and said, “sorry, I was just looking for someone.”   

Dr. Frances asked both Andree and MJ, “Who do you represent, I meant, what company?”   Without second thought Andree answered, “I am his plus 1, I came with him.” Pointing the wine glass at MJ.  

 Andree looked at MJ and saw his secretary’s brows furrowed since it was not part of any plan.   Ms. Divina placed her wine glass on the table and asked smiling, “Are you partners?   

MJ answered and laugh lightly with a little bit of awkwardness, “what you mean by partners? He cleared his throat and added, “We’re classmates, and he was just starting to have a business together, so I tried to bring him here to get to know businessmen who are into charity.”   

Andree butted in, “Yeah, I actually look up to the leaders of the top 3 company, in fact If given a chance I would like to meet them, well specially the president of The Caran and Ring Gem.”   

Andree started to read the people sitting in their table and noticed that Ms. Divina flinched a little bit that only he was able to notice, and he was able to read Dr. Frances’ mind as if he were laughing, but in appearance he was just smiling. 

There was a pause, then MJ cleared his throat, that signaled Andree that he was in trouble. he just saw Dr. Frances smiled like he wanted to laugh. He also looked at MJ. He saw what was in his mind, he was panicking as to how he would tell Andree about that embarrassing moment.   

MJ could not bear it anymore, he said jokingly “Man, Dr. Frances just told us a while ago that Ms. Divina was The Caran’s CEO.   Andree tried to glance at Ms. Divina to check her reaction, she was just smiling looking at her wine glass. 

Then he jokingly whispered to MJ, “Why didn’t you tell me?”   MJ Whispered back, “I thought you were listening, what were you doing earlier?”   

Ms. Divina finished her wine while she grins as if she was trying to restrain herself to laugh, then she said. “Look at you, you’re blushing Mr.? “  Ms. Divina was referring to Andree.   Andree was silenced as he was wishing the earth would just swallow him up that instant.   

After seeing Andree seemed embarrassed, she turned to Dr. Frances and said, “Dr, Frances?” she was trying to call the attention of the doctor to notify him that she will be going home already. 

Andree looked at Dr. Frances and told him, “I am sorry, was not listening earlier, I got preoccupied.”   

Dr. Frances answered, “It’s ok, you had already apologized earlier. Anyway, nice meeting you guys! Dr. Duke needed me now. See you later.” Then he left his calling card on the table.   

Andree responded, “Sorry, I don’t have yet a calling card doctor, but I’ll keep this.”   

Ms. Divina also bids goodbye and said, “You are still blushing, that was Ok, although I haven’t got your name yet, anyway, I need to go, hope to see you soon.   

Dr. Frances stood up and called Ms. Divina’s attention, the way he act was a natural gentleman, no pretentions at all. He was genuine.   

He asked Ms. Divina, “May I escort you on your way out?”   

“Dr. Frances, you don’t need to act so serious, you know that we are friends, and this gentleman thing is unnecessary.” Ms. Divina responded   

“Ok, Divina, if it will make you happy let’s remove the Ms.” He said jokingly.  

“That’s more I like it doc.” She replied giggling.   

“Oh, in exchange, please remove the doc, doctor when calling me. “Dr, Frances replied  

 “Ok, Frances.” She answered.   “That’s more I like it!” he said chuckling.
