The Hidden Hybrid

Katie’s house.

“What you found your mate?! And your just telling us now?” Shouts Katie.

“Shhh..! Keep your voice down. I don’t want your parents hearing” I whispered to Katie.

All three of us are now in Katie’s bedroom. Jacob is just as shocked as Katie but he doesn’t say anything and listens.

“Yes I found my mate. I found out he was my mate at the event that was held for his pack.”

“ why didn’t you tell us?” Katie asked.

“Because you guys know I don’t want a mate. I actually don’t want to live in this town anymore. I want to move out of my uncle’s house and go to New York City. I feel like there’s something there for me.”

“Well that’s an odd thing to feel.” Jacob finally speaks. “Why New York?”

“I’m not sure. But every time I hear New York City I feel a tug in my chest, like I’m supposed to go there. It’s just a gut feeling” I tell them.

They both stare and me confused but just nods their heads.

“U don’t have to move there Cat, after we graduate we can go there as a trip.” Katie suggests.

“Okay” I agree but secretly still want to move there.

One week later.

Tyson P.O.V

It’s been a week since I last saw my mate and it’s driving me crazy. I’ve already slept with four different she wolves and it’s not satisfying. I mean they get the job done but it doesn’t feel as good as I would hope. I need to either find my mate and claim her or find her to reject her. The thought of rejecting her stings my chest.

“ I miss our mate. I want to hold her and kiss her. Can we please go find her?” Titan asks.

“You know we have many things to deal with in the pack.”

For the past week there were two rouge attacks nearby my pack. Half of those packs were killed. They are getting bolder and bolder. It’s like they want something.. or someone.

Sitting in my office. I hear a knock on the door.

“Enter”

“Alpha, we have some news that there’s a army of rouges making their way to the Golden Moon Pack.” Kevin informs.

“What? Our mates pack! Tyson hurry and gather your men and save our mate!!” Shouts Titan.

“Kevin, gather our men. Round up at least a hundred of our best fighters to help assist the Golden Moon Pack. You and me are also going.”

I command Kevin.

“ of course, I’ll do that right now Alpha.” Says Kevin and he closes the door.

Another knock. Ugh what is it now. I have to get ready to leave.

“Open” I say, clearly irritated.

“Sorry to bother you Alpha. But there’s a she wolf who’s been downstairs waiting for you. She says her name is Linda and that you requested to see her today.” Replies Luke with a smirk.

Luke is my third in command. He’s only 17 but I trust him with my life. My dad found Luke when he was a pup. His pack was wiped out by rouges. Luke was grateful to my dad that he dedicated himself to training real hard hence why he’s my third in command.

“ I don’t want to deal with Linda. Could you please get rid of her for me!” I shout as I bang my fists on my office table.

Before Luke could answer. Linda walks in my office. Wearing a white dress that clearly exposed her big boobs. If it were any other day I would have thrown her down on my table, shred her dress to pieces and f**k her until she was seeing stars. But not today.

“Baby..” Linda purrs. “You look stressed, let me help you out with that. You know I can.”

“No! Get out of my office! I have things to do and places to be!” Using my Alpha tone, I can see her put her head down and walks out the door. Luke is still standing here.

“Luke here’s what I need from you. I need you to stay behind and help guard my family and the pack house. Gather 50 of your best men and stay alert. I’ll be gone with Kevin to help another pack fight against rouges.”

“Copy Alpha!” Replies Luke. He’s still standing in my doorway office. I could tell he wants to say something.

“ what is it?” I ask.

“The next time you go on a trip can I come too?” He ask, pouting his lips.

Hahaha. This kid wants to tag along. Luke has never left the packs property since he’s been here.

“Okay, the next time I go somewhere, anywhere! You will come too, happy?” I say to him with a smirk.

“Thank you Alpha!!” Grinning like a little kid he closes the door and I could hear his footsteps as he walks down the hallway.
