Chapter1: The rumors of Isla Luminara
Once upon a time, there was a very pretty photographer named Elara Brooks. Elara heard about the rumors of a mysterious island named “Isla Luminara”. Isla Luminara has a beautiful lake where the sun dips just below the horizon …casting a golden glow across the sparkling turquoise waters. The lake is lined with soft, perfect green grass that feels like velvet underfoot, stretching endlessly as the gentle waves kiss the grass. Lush, emerald-green palm trees sway lazily in the breeze, their fronds whispering secrets from the ocean breeze, their beauty taking over the whole world.
The island is dotted with hidden coves, each one more pristine than the last, where the water shimmers in shades of deep blue and aquamarine. Vibrant coral reefs can be seen just below the surface, teeming with colorful marine life. The air is fresh and filled with the sweet scent of blooming tropical flowers—water lilies, frangipani, hibiscus, and jasmine—each flower adding to the enchantment of the place.
The center of the island is a sprawling, jungle-like paradise, with winding trails leading to cascading waterfalls that glisten in the dappled sunlight. The sound of the water lake, combined with the calls of exotic birds perched high in the trees, creates a symphony of serenity.
At night, the island transforms. The stars above seem brighter here, with the moon casting a silvery sheen on everything it touches. The shores glow with bioluminescent plankton, their gentle light creating an ethereal, dreamlike effect as the tide laps at the grass.
In every corner of Isla Luminara’s lake, there's a sense of peace, untouched beauty, and a hint of magic, as if the island itself holds secrets only the most curious and adventurous souls could discover.
But there’s a dark side to that mysterious island. Many photographers have visited that place but none of them came back after visiting the lake. Elara was so thrilled about the rumors of the countless innocent photographers who had gone missing.
Elara planned on visiting the island with her friends—but none of them wanted to come because many people were missing from the island. She was hopeless, but she didn’t give up or stop her dreams of visiting Isla Luminara’s mysterious lake.
That night she packed her camera and some things she needed for her long—awaited journey. After packing, she took a rest to be prepared for tomorrow's adventure. She couldn’t sleep thinking of how beautiful the lake is. Later on, she finally dozed off.
