Finally Found Mate

  "Lillie breakfast is ready" my mom says through our mindlink. As I roll out of bed I could smell the eggs and bacon before I even opened my bedroom door. I walked into the kitchen to see my mom playing with my brother's pups you could tell she loved being a grandmother. "Hello little sis" both my brothers say as they pull me into a group hug. They soon let go to return to their mates that were sitting in the the living room.  I walked over and gave my dad a kiss on the head. "Good morning daddy"  I said as my mom handed me a plate sitting beside my father.   He looked surprised when he saw me sitting next to him, it seems he was probably off in his own thoughts and didn't notice me come into the room. "Daddy are you ok"? I ask taking a big bite of my eggs. "Yes sweetie I am fine" he says while getting up and giving my mother a kiss before going to his office.   "Mom is dad really okay he seems off this morning" She looks at me and gives me a reassuring smile."Your father is fine dear he is just stressed over the treaty he is handling in a few days with the Sanguis Mortem pack".  I had completely forgotten about the treaty, being the Alphas daughter I know more than another pack member. As i was losing myself in my own thoughts my best friends mindlinked me.  "Lillie come on". As I get up from my chair I tell my mom I am going to meet up with Zack and Ava. "I'm on my way, same spot right?" I say as I walk out of the pack house. As I walk up to our spot by the river I see Zack and Ava arguing like an old married couple.  " Oh goddess what are yall fighting about now"? I ask as soon as I am in the middle of them. "Ava wants to go shopping" Zack says rolling his eyes. I smile and nod in agreement to Ava " Whats the problem with that"? I asked.  "It's for a stake out" Zack says "Stake out " I turned to look at Ava as she smiled at me mischievously. "We are going to follow our parents to the Sanguis Mortem pack" after she said her plan I heard Zack gasp but I just nodded and smiled.    I mindlinked my mom to let her know we was going to the mall. It was a 30 min drive we all hopped into my 2015 Red Chevy Silverado, we took off towards the mall blasting the radio and singing so loud I thought we were going to lose our voices.
