Finally Found Mate

Chapter 10

       Damien POV

 I watch as Dr.Jane squeezes jell onto Lillie's belly, she flinched a little because of ho cold it was. I walked over and took her hand reassuring her that I was right there with her. She smiled up at me mentally thanking me I nodded. 

 "Would you like to see the baby and hear the heart beat" Dr.Jane says looking at us with a smile on her face. "YES YES YES YES YES" Lillie basically screamed. I chuckled watching my mate get so worked up over seeing our pup. Dr.Jane moved the monitor so we could see our little on moving around.

 "Can we have pictures to take home?" I ask knowing that Lillie was thinking the same thing. "Yes of couse" Dr.Kai says walking out of the room. Next thing I know the room is filed with the second best sound I have ever heard. We listened to our pups heart beat for about 10 minutes before Dr.Jane shut the machine off. 

 "Well Alpha Luna your pup should be here in 3 months" Dr.Kai says handing Lillie the pictures of our little pup. I watched as her eyes couldn't move from the picture. I picked up my beautiful mate and walked out of the office and took her home.

 When we arrived back to the pack house Liam mindlinks me "Alpha can I speak with you" I look over at him and nod. I kiss Lillie on the forehead and lean down and kiss her belly. I watched as her face blushed the brightest red I had ever seen her turn. "I am going to go speak with Liam, if you need anything just let me know my beautiful girl" she just pushed me away so her and Ava could talk about the baby more.

  As I enter my office Liam gets straight to the point "Rouges have entered the borders today" he says running his hand though his hair. "Lets double the guards" I speak calm trying to calm him.

 I watch as Liam sits on the couch you could see the stress on his face. I knew there was something we needed to do. But before anything I needed to know why the sudden show of the rouges. It doesn't make much since why were they here? What were they after? 

 This is the last straw I had to tell Lillie so that way she knew so she could protect herself. I mindlinked her "Lillie, baby we need to talk can you come to our room please." She responded "Is everything ok babe."

"Come to our room please" I ask her knowing she could sense something was wrong. I walked in our room to see Lillie laying on the bed rubbing her stomach. She looked so adorable I had to stop and stare. I walked over to the bed and placed my hand on top of hers.

 "Baby I didn't want to worry you but you have to know that there has been rouge sightings on the border" I say holding her. "How many?" She asks holding onto me scared of my answer. "Only a few but we don't know how they are getting in undetected" I say rubbing her belly. "I know you will protect us babe" Lillie said as she held my hand to her stomach closing her eyes.
