The Beta wasn’t happy. It was already Wednesday, he hadn’t found a trace of that vampire, it seemed like he had lost the lucky streak he was on when he arrived here. Fortunately, as he was walking around tonight, he finally managed to find the school. Of course, it was closed right now, but tomorrow he would be here before the last bell rang, so he could follow the daughter of the vampire home. He just hoped nobody would smell him and find out that he didn’t belong there, but he counted on the students being too busy getting away from school to notice him. He went back to his hotel room to update his map and cross out all the quadrants where he hadn’t found anything, even though he was hopeful that tomorrow this exercise would be moot.
