Vanessa was very wary when she went to school on Monday morning. After their run-in with Alessio, Raffaele brought her home and kept reassuring her, that he and his parents would deal with him and that she shouldn’t worry. The next day, when they went for their Sunday morning run, she tried asking him what happened, but he told her he would prefer to talk about something else and not spoil the short moments they had before he had to leave again. She reluctantly agreed, even though she had been equal parts curious and scared to know.
