Chapter 12: In My Room

April POV

We were doing so good until I told him that it was the first time I was going to be with someone so intimate, I did not want to scare him and I wish I didn't.

I was clear that something was going on with Nathan,  Crystal had told me he was called the Crazy Guy, but what I have got to know about him, gave me a hint about the problems in his life and maybe people did not understand him as he needed them too.

I decided not to make things worse but to give him all the tender understanding I had in me.

Once I got dressed we went on my motorcycle to the store to pick up some movies snacks.

Getting off my motorcycle I could see Laura and some friends drinking booze outside of the grocery store.

As she saw Nathan she got up and walked towards us, with a confused look on her face.

- Hey Guys! she said trying to sound casual, - So Nate, looks like if you and April are closer than you said!  - I waited all morning for you to come back with the package, where were you all day?

- Hey Laura,  I think you guys know each other ...right?

I nodded with a smile, but Laura look at me with a strange look on her face.

I really did not know their relation or how they got along but if there were something I knew was that Laura was jealous.

- I had things to do Laura, but we will catch up later at the house...ok?,  he said.

- Why not now? come bring April with the guys, lets hangout a little!

- mmmm no, you know I am not the hangout type of guy, later we'll talk.

- But you are hanging out with April, are she something else?

Before he could say anything else, I got in front of him, in between Laura and him.... and said with a protective look on my face, - Yeah I am his girl and he is my Man! there is any problem with that?

Laura smirked with the same dangerous protective look on her face and just said before turning around to go back with her friends - There always is, enjoy your days while he still wants you, but I expect you'll be prepared when everything ends and he comes back to me,  to help him out of you.... she laughed out loud without even looking back on her.

We entered the store, pick some things up in an uncomfortable silence, he paid for it and we headed back to my house, still without talking ad without even glancing at Laura once we got out of the store.

But as we reached my house and got in I asked him directly

- What is happening between you and Laura?
