Pregnant After Divorce: The Billionaire Wants Me Back

On the day Sophia Hart signs the divorce papers, she discovers she's pregnant.

After enduring three years of a cold, loveless marriage to billionaire CEO Alexander Kingston, she refuses to let her unborn children grow up where they are unwanted. Without telling him the truth, Sophia disappears and starts over in a new city.

Five years later, she's no longer the broken woman he abandoned. She's a successful entrepreneur, a devoted mother, and fiercely protective of her twins.

Alexander, meanwhile, has everything money can buy—except peace. Haunted by regret, he never stops wondering about the wife he let go. When fate brings Sophia back into his life, he's stunned to discover the confident woman she has become.

But what truly shakes his world are the two children who carry his eyes, his smile... and a secret Sophia has guarded for five years.

Now Alexander wants his family back.

Sophia wants nothing to do with the man who shattered her heart.

As buried truths, dangerous schemes, and old betrayals come to light, Alexander must prove that love isn't won with wealth or power—but with sacrifice, trust, and the courage to change.

DIVORCE PAPER
CHAPTER 1. DIVORCE PAPERS The rain was hitting the windows of the Kingston Estate hard. Sophia Hart was standing barefoot on the marble floor. Her fingers were shaking around an envelope that was on the center table. The envelope had the divorce papers She did not need to open it. She had already read every line. The words were hurting her like a knife cutting through her heart. The room was very quiet. This silence was worse than any argument. Behind her the house felt too big and too empty. It was built for luxury not for warmth. Sophia turned around when she heard footsteps coming down the stairs. Alexander Kingston appeared, looking calm and in control. His presence made the room feel smaller. He looked at the envelope. Then at Sophia. His face did not change. That hurt her the most. "Sign it " he said calmly. There was no hesitation. No emotion. Just a command. Sophia swallowed hard. Her throat was very dry. "So that's it?" she asked quietly. "Three years of marriage and it ends with a piece of paper on a table?" Alexander walked past her. Poured himself a drink. He was acting like they were discussing business not ending a marriage. "It ended a time ago Sophia " he said. Those words hurt her more than anything She laughed softly. It did not sound right. "Ended?" she repeated. "Or you ended it?" He took a sip of his drink without looking at her. "You never fit into my world " he said. Sophia felt something hurting in her chest. She had heard those words before. From his mother. From his business partners wives. From Isabella Reed, the woman everyone thought he should have married. Sophia took a step forward. "I tried, Alexander. I tried to fit in for you. I changed everything about myself to be accepted here." For a moment something changed in his eyes. It was not guilt. It was something "I never asked you to change " he said. That was not true. They both knew it. The room was quiet again with thunder rolling Sophia walked back to the table. Touched the envelope. "You already decided everything without me " she said quietly. "Even this divorce." Alexander looked at her now. His next words were very hurtful. "Isabella is back in the country " he said. The room felt frozen. #vote# Even the rain seemed to stop. Sophia understood now. It was not because of misunderstandings or distance. It was because of another woman. Sophia tried to breathe. "So I was a replacement for you?" Alexanders jaw tightened, but he did not say anything. That silence was worse than any answer. Sophia nodded slowly. She understood now. She reached for the pen. Signed the papers. One line, another and the final signature that erased her name from his life. Sophia Hart Kingston was now Sophia Hart. When she finished she put the pen down carefully. Alexander took the document. Looked through it. "Its done " he said. Sophia nodded faintly. "Yes " she said. "It is." She turned away from him. Walked toward the door. Each step felt like she was walking away from a life she once wanted. Behind her Alexander spoke again. "You'll get money to start over " he said. Sophia stopped for a moment. Then she smiled, a broken smile. "I don't want your money, Alexander " she said. She left the house. The door closed behind her with a click. Outside the rain covered her instantly. Sophia stood under the rain for a moment until her phone vibrated in her pocket. There was a message from the hospital. A message said her test results were ready. Her fingers froze. A different kind of fear was growing inside her. She had gone for the test that day to be sure. Sophia swallowed hard. Opened the message. Then she saw it. She was pregnant. The world around her fell apart. Sophia stepped back holding the wall as rain mixed with her tears. Her hand went to her stomach. A whisper came out of her mouth. "No..." Inside the mansion Alexander Kingston was signing the copy of their divorce papers. Outside the gate his child had just been discovered. Sophia Hart had just made a decision that would change everything. She would never tell him. Not now. Not ever. Because some men do not deserve to know what they destroyed. Some women do not survive loving them twice. Sophia wiped her face. Walked into the storm. Not as a wife. Not, as a victim. As a secret that would one day come back to destroy a billionaires world. Tonight he had no idea.
