I swear to the moon goddess that today is my luckiest day as well as the most horrible day! How can she pair me up with the princess of an enemy kingdom and not think that we will not try to reject each other. I mean I'm not going to reject her if she won't reject me. If she does then I'll accept the rejection but I wont reject her. I've been searching for her for 2 years and I honestly don't want anyone else but her. I want my beautiful mate.
"I, Lucielle Lovelace, accept you, Tristan Black, as my mate and future king." She said as she looks me right in the eye.
What the hell! I was not expecting this! I mean dont get me wrong I'm glad she accepts me, but why does she? We are mortal enemies!
"I, Tristan Black, accept you, Lucielle Lovelace, as my mate and future queen." I said with a s**t eatting grin on my face.
"But why would you accept me? Our kingdoms have been enemies for as long as time. Don't you think our parents will force us to reject each other?" I said with concern in my voice.
"The reason I accepted you is because our kingdoms have been at war! Us being mates wasn't a coincidance. The goddess paired us to be mates so that way the Periodt and Amethyst kingdoms could be united as 1. If our parents dont see that then they can kiss our asses. The goddess chose us for a reason, what that reason is, I'm not sure but I know that its to bring peace across all the kingdoms." she said with sincerity and determination in her voice.
Goddess this woman already has my heart. I have always hated the fact that our 3 kingdoms have been at war for 1000 years. Now the moon goddess has given us a way to unit the kingdoms, threw marraige, not war!
"Well, lets talk with our families and let them know what's going on."
"Alright, just follow me!"

Richards POV (after lucy left with her mate)
After what had happened with lucy, I mind linked our parents to let them know that she found her mate.
Gosh I can't wait til we meet our mate Link.
Neither can I but I can tell you that she is in the castel.
Right after Link said this i smelt her. She smelled of rosemary and lavender. I guess she just entered the ballroom. So i go looking by all the entrances to the ballroom, and I see her. Man, I am one lucky guy! She has Long blonde hair and her eyes are the color of emeralds! She has this aura that tells me she is of a higher rank. So maybe an alpha's daughter. Which I honestly don't care! She is my mate and I will treat her with the upmost respect. She looks my way and comes running to me. I'm glad that she did because once we touched I felt the mate sparks and I was so happy that she is mine!
"Well hello my beautiful mate." I whisper in her ear. As i do this she shivers in delight. Gosh is it bad that im already getting aroused just by touching her?
"Hello my handsome mate. How about we go somewhere quite to talk. There are some things you need to know about me and it seems like there are somethings that I need to know about you as well." She said, while caressing my cheek.
"Follow me, I know somewhere where we can go to talk."
As we leave the ballroom, i mind link my parents to let them know that I also found my mate and am taking her somewhere where she and I can talk in private.
'Thats fine dear, just no matting her until we are properly introduced to her, ok?'
'Yes mother, I know this. I was just letting you know so that way you aren't freaking our when you don't see me in the ballroom as well.'
'Alright my son, Let us know when we can meet this mate of yours.'
'I will father,'
After that i closed off my mind link to anyone.
Once we get to the main entrance, I take her outside to the garden so we can walk and talk.
"So what all is it that you are needing to tell me mate?" I asked with the sincerest voice.
"I must tell you that i am not from this kingdom, and that I am to be the next Queen of the Pearl Moon Pack."
I swear my heart just stopped. Did she just say what i think she just said?
"Well that's going to be a fun story to tell my parents." I said with worry in my voice.
"Why do you say this my mate? Is that going to be an issue that you come to my kingdom to rule with me?"
"No thats not it my mate. The thing is that I am to be King of this kingdom soon. Thats why i said it will be a fun story to tell."
The look she gave me when i said this was priceless. She was shocked, and worried, and thrilled all at the same time.
Please don't reject us!
"It's not just you that needs to tell your parents. We are going to need to tell them this as well. Oh my goddess, what if they don't approve of us and make us reject each other?"
"Whoah there sweetie, no one can make us do anything that we dont want to do. Plus is they make us reject each other, we can tell them to kiss our asses, because I don't plan on losing you anytime soon." I said to her with sincerity and determination in my voice.
"Well thats good to know that you care about the mate bond more than what our parents think. I honestly feel the same way as you do. I don't think I could live with myself if i rejected you."
My heart fills with joy when she says this. I can't believe that this is happening to me right now. I can't believe that i have an amazing mate.
"Alright mind link your parents to meet us in the Library and we will tell our parents what is going on." I said with determination.
"Alright my mate. Oh and before I do, I forgot to formally introduce myself. My name is Scarlett Jones."
"Scarlett, it is nice to meet you. My name is Richard, if you didn't know already since this is my sister's and I's birthday party."
"It's nice to meet you as well Richard, and yes i did know your name. Like you said this is your party after all." She said while laughing.
'Mom, Dad, Luce, I want you all to meet me in the Library. There is something that you all need to know.'
'That's great because i also have something that you all need to know as well.' Said Luce threw the mind link.
'Alright kids, we will meet you there.' responded our mother.
"Scarlett, I already mind linked my family to meet us in the Library. They will meet us there soon."
"I did the same thing. So lets get going so that way no one is waiting on us."
I nodded my head in agreement while thining what it is that's got my sister in a hurry to talk to our parents as well.
