[Werewolf, Omegaverse, MxM] THE BONDED MATES BOOK 1 ~ Takeshi: I'm a lone wolf, chased from the very pack and the Alpha responsible for my parent's death. The day I went to the Red Light District, they found me again. But one of the witches I trusted turned her back on me. Reminding me that in this brutal world, I am truly alone.

Aki: Always sheltered by my family, I thought I had everything. The day I found my boyfriend cheating, my world turned on its head. I made the erratic decision - I bought a one-way ticket to Japan without telling my parents. But little did I know that my bonded mate would knock at my door, dying.

Thrown together by fate, Takeshi and Aki must navigate the treacherous world of werewolf politics while struggling to accept their growing bond. With danger lurking around every corner, the two must learn to trust in their love and each other. As secrets unravel and enemies close in, Takeshi and Aki will discover that their love is the key to unlocking their full potential and finally breaking free from the chains of their past.

Experience a whirlwind of emotions, passion, and danger in "Alpha Longing," a tale of fated mates and the fight for true love that will leave you breathless and longing for more.

Dear Readers
As you embark on this journey through the chapters of “Alpha Longing”, I would like to take a moment to address a particular aspect of the story’s setting: my decision to use first names for the Japanese characters. In traditional Japanese culture, it is customary to address individuals by their last names, followed by honorifics such as “-san” or “-sama.” This practice reflects the respect and formality inherent in Japanese interpersonal relationships. However, in my novel, I have chosen to use the characters’ first names instead. I want to assure you that I do not intend any disrespect toward Japanese culture. My choice to use first names was made for two primary reasons: 1. Writing style: My novel is written in a unique style that relies heavily on the use of first names for all characters, regardless of their cultural background. This approach allows me to maintain consistency in my storytelling and enhances the overall reading experience. 2. Avoiding confusion: As my story unfolds, the relationships between characters become increasingly complex. Using first names helps to minimize confusion for readers who may be unfamiliar with Japanese naming conventions, making it easier to follow the narrative and keep track of the various characters. In addition to these considerations, I have also taken great care in selecting the Japanese characters’ first names. Each name has a purpose and a meaning, reflecting my deep respect for Japanese culture and its rich traditions. I believe that by choosing names that are both significant and meaningful, I am honoring the culture from which they are drawn. While I have made this choice for the sake of my story, I want to emphasize that I’m trying to approach the portrayal of Japanese culture with great care and respect. My goal is to immerse my readers in a fantastical world and honors the rich cultural traditions it draws from. I hope you enjoy the adventure that awaits you in my novel and appreciates your understanding of the creative choices I have made in crafting this narrative. Sincerely, Denise Wilde Author
