Taylor put away all of the clothes that she had bought and then headed for the shower. She wanted to use the outdoor shower, but wanted to make sure no one saw her either. She wasn’t shy about her body, but she did not want everyone around to see her either. She walked outside and saw that the outside shower was more private than she thought. The shower walls had beautiful mosaic tiles that looked hand painted with neutral colors and blue ocean wave. She smiled as she turned the shower on and it was like it was raining. She stepped under the water and sighed as the hot water hit her skin. “I could stay in here forever Blue.” Taylor said to her wolf. Blue giggled and said, “it does feel amazing. I be it would feel amazing in my fur as well.” Taylor smiled and said, “well, I think you are a little too big for this shower Blue.” “You are probably right. Maybe we can go for a run later and find a waterfall that I can stand under.” Blue said with a hopeful smile. “That does sound amazing. We will see what we find.” Taylor said as she finished her shower. She turned the water off and wrapped her towel around her body. Taylor felt very refreshed.
Taylor looked in the mirror and saw that her dark circles under her eyes were beginning to go away. She put her bikini on and then brushed her hair. The curls were starting to get a little out of hand, so she decided to braid her hair and let it hang over her shoulder. She tied the wrap around her waist and walked into the living room where Zag was sitting on the couch. “That swimsuit looks very good on you.” Zag said to Taylor. Taylor blushed a little and said, “thank you. I really like it. Would you like to go walking with me? I would love to see if there are any waterfalls nearby.” Zag smiled and stood up. “I’d love to. Would you like to bring some food for a picnic maybe as well? We could have our picnic by the waterfall if we find one.” Zag suggested with his charming smile. How could Taylor even say no to that smile? She was doomed to always give in to him. “That sounds really nice. I will make us some sandwiches and we can decide what else we want to eat as well.” Taylor said as she started to walk over to the kitchen. She stopped as she saw the picnic basket sitting on the counter. Taylor slowly turned to look at Zag and saw that he had a dashing smile on his face. “You already planned on taking me on a picnic?” Taylor asked as she began to smile. “I had hoped you would go on one with me. I already have it packed with food. Would you like to put one of your matching jumpers on and a pair of more solid shoes for our walk?” Zag asked Taylor, a little concerned she would hurt herself in flip-flops. Taylor looked down at her feet and laughed. “I’ll be back out in a minute.” Taylor said and walked into the bedroom. She took out the black and blue romper and put it on, then found a pair of light comfortable shoes on that she knew would work for the walk.
Taylor walked back into the kitchen as she grabbed her sunglasses. “I’m ready when you are Zag.” Taylor said as she put her sunglasses on. Zag picked the basket up and they headed out in search of a waterfall. The sun was shining so brightly as they began walking along the private beach at first. Taylor smiled as she thought about how they fell asleep in each other’s arms last night. “I slept so good last night Zag. You bring my mind the peace it has always craved.” Taylor said to Zag as she looked forward as they walked the shoreline. Zag smiled and lightly squeezed her hand. “You bring me peace as well. Taylor, you help my demon stay at bay when he wants to break loose.” Zag admitted to Taylor. “Sometime, will you show me your true form? You have seen my wolf.” Taylor asked Zag. Zag looked down for a moment and then said, “I am afraid it will scare you away from me.” There was a long pause as they continued to walk. “I don’t think that will be the case Zag. However, I want you to show me when you are ready.” Taylor said as she glanced over at him. She then laughed and said, “well, if you think of it like this, I have already seen your wings and wasn’t frightened.” Zag smiled and shook his head. “I will show you when I am ready, if that is okay.” Zag said to Taylor earning a smile from her.
“Hey, let’s take this path and see where it leads.” Zag suggested as he pointed to a path leading up to the tree line. “Okay, let’s see what we find on it.” Taylor said with a smile. Zag loved how adventurous Taylor was. It made doing things together so much easier. They walked along the path and immediately Taylor saw how beautiful it was. The trees only allowing the sun to shine through in certain spots, making it seem almost magical. She took a deep breath and woke Blue up. Taylor looked at Zag and giggled. “I think Blue wants to run for a bit. Would that be okay with you?” Taylor asked Zag not wanting to ruin their time alone. “I do not mind at all Taylor. I know Blue has been cooped up.” Zag said as he let his wings appear. Taylor went behind a tree and got undressed. She folded her clothes neatly and let Blue take over. Blue shifted into wolf form and picked Taylor’s clothes up in her mouth. Blue walked out from behind the tree and immediately walked over to Zag. She rubbed up against him then she took off running. Zag laughed at Blue’s playfulness. He took off into the sky to follow Blue. Blue was fast and very agile. She ran for about 20 minutes then finally stopped.
Zag landed next to Blue and smiled as he saw the waterfall. “Well Blue it looks like you found that waterfall after all.” Zag said as he chuckled. Blue gave a tooth grin and then gently set down the clothes. Before Zag could say anything else, Blue jumped into the water and swam over to the waterfall to feel it fall on her fur. Zag watched with a smile on his face. He set the picnic basket down and then changed into his true form. His skin was black with red swirls. His wings turned black as well. Zag had a wolf like face without hair, and big black eyes with a red ring around the black. Zag’s hands were boney with long fingernails. He jumped into the air and flew over to Blue. Blue stuck her head out of the water fall and stared at Zag. Blue shifted back into Taylor. Taylor looked at Zag and stepped towards him. She lifted her hand up to his face and ran her hands down his body, examining every inch of him. Zag stood still as she did so. Taylor looked back up at Zag and smiled. “Thank you for showing me your true form Zag.” Taylor said and then wrapped her arms around his body. Zag shifted back into his human form and wrapped his arms around her. “We need to get your clothes for you and have our picnic.” Zag said causing Taylor to squeak and merge herself back into the water. Zag laughed and decided to swim over to Taylor’s clothes.
Taylor reached the bank and as she opened her eyes her clothes were directly in her face. “Thank you.” Taylor said as she started to get out of the water. Zag politely turned around and started setting up the picnic for them. Taylor quickly got dressed and joined in helping set the picnic up. She could not believe she stood against him with no clothes on. Taylor felt very embarrassed. Zag turned to Taylor and gently put his hands on each of her arms. “You have nothing to be embarrassed about or ashamed of. You are beautiful, and might I say, you have a gorgeous body.” Zag said with a smirk. Taylor laughed and playfully pushed him away. “I didn’t know what came over me doing that.” Taylor admitted as they sat down on the blanket. Zag chuckled as he put the food on each plate. “You have nothing to worry about. We are mates and made for each other. Let’s eat our lunch and not worry about it.” Zag suggested as he handed Taylor her plate. Taylor smiled and said, “thank you,” then began eating her food.
Taylor looked at the waterfall and the beautiful scenery before her. She couldn’t believe she was in such an amazing place when just a couple days ago she was living a real nightmare. Taylor turned her head and asked, “are you ready to go back?” Zag nodded, “I am ready whenever you are. We can stay a bit longer or go back.” Zag answered wanting Taylor to have the option and know she could choose either one. Taylor smiled and said, “I would like to go back. We can come back again since we know where it is now.” Zag nodded and they began putting up all of the stuff from the picnic and started walking back to their bungalow. They were about half way back when Taylor heard Chloe meow. She looked ahead and laughed when she say Chloe running towards her. She leaned down and caught Chloe into her arms. “I’m sorry, we will take you next time with us.” Taylor said to Chloe as they continued to walk back to the bungalow.
