Enough Is Enough

Patty started an IV on Taylor and started two bags to begin flushing Taylor’s system. “We need to get through these 4 bags. Zag, are you able to let her parents know what is going on? I think enough is enough and it’s time to get her out of here. She is clearly not safe here.” Patty said to Zag. “I am not leaving Taylor or you here alone. Once I know you both are safe, then I will let them know.” Patty shook her head and said, “use her phone. When you finish, please go help Mrs. Patter. She was a bit unconscious from Vergil.” Zag nodded and began looking for Taylor’s phone. The more he thought about Vergil, the more demented things he had planned for him. Zag looked under the sink and found the phone. He took it out and turned it on.

Sarah sat in the office with Collin. She had this awful feeling in the pit of her stomach. “Collin, something is wrong. I don’t know what it is yet, but I can feel it in my stomach.” Sarah said to Collin. Collin looked concerned and began saying, “Do you know who it is about?” Collin asked and then his phone rang. He looked at his cellphone and saw Taylor’s old number. “It’s Taylor.” Collin said before answering it. “Taylor?” Collin asked as he answered the phone. “Alpha Collin, this is Zag. I am with Patty and Taylor. Taylor was attacked, along with Patty and Mrs. Patter.” Zag said causing Collin’s heart to drop to his stomach. “What happened Zag?” Collin asked, growing more concerned for his daughter. “A vampire who should have been locked up in this so called mental facility attacked Taylor. His name was Vergil.” Zag said to Collin. “What do you mean was?” Collin asked already understanding that Zag likely ended that vampire’s existence. “He is no longer with the living. I plan to have fun with him when I return home. Dr. Trey had him inject Taylor with wolfsbane, a drug to make it so she does not dream and I’m sure there is something else in there that I didn’t pick up on. I have the needle and will be having it analyzed.” Zag answered Collin.

“He’s dead! I’m finished with this sh*t. We need to get Taylor out now.” Collin said yelling and growling. Sarah took the phone away from her mate and spoke to Zag. “We will be coming to get her Dr. Trey needs to be detained and given medicine to make him sleep through it all. Can Patty get something to make sure that happens?” Sarah asked Zag. She then said, “enough is enough. I have had enough of this and so has Taylor. Can you give Patty the phone please?” Zag handed Patty the phone and Patty said, “yes luna?” “Patty can you make some medical documents on everything that has happened to Taylor and what was done tonight? I am sure that all of the fight Zag and that vampire had was recorded as well. I am going to need those recordings from the first day she had been illegally committed.” Sarah said to Patty. Patty smirked and said, “luna Sarah, I already have. I just need to do the one for tonight. I will get the recordings do not worry. I will do everything you ask. I am sure Zag will help with Mr. Robert as well.” Patty smirked as she looked at Zag. Sarah nodded and said, “we will be in touch soon.”

Patty finished hooking up the other 2 bags and made sure her vitals were good. Patty sent Sarah a text saying, “we need to do this in the morning. Dr. Trey has been trying to come on to Taylor and I fill the spot so that Taylor is unharmed. She will go to her therapy appointment. It is at 9:00 am. I want you to come there around 9:20am and cause a scene to see your daughter. I will go into his office and tell him. Taylor will go to her room until I am finished giving him the sedative. Zag will wait for Mr. Robert after Taylor gets on the elevator as well. Then, Mrs. Patter and I will get Taylor out and we will run into the woods. Have a car ready a mile away from the hospital. There is a bare spot on the side of the road that a car can be parked at.” Patty hit send and finished writing the report. Patty planned on making a copy and putting it in with her file she had made with copies of all of the papers on Taylor. Patty heard her phone ding and she read the text Sarah sent. “Okay, we will set everything in motion on our end. If anything changes on our part, we will let you know.” Sarah said and they both put their phones away.

Sarah looked at Collin and said, “we need Margaret here and we will need a few guards to help as well.” Collin nodded and mind linked Margaret. “Margaret, we need you to come here in 20 minutes please.” Margaret groggily opened her eyes and answered, “yes alpha.” Margaret stood up and got dressed in darker clothes and grabbed her phone. She picked up a book bag that was filled with clothes and headed to the pack house. Collin and Sarah had called their head guard, Scott, to come to their office. “You called for me alpha and luna?” “Scott, we need your help and the other guards that you trust with your life. What we are going to do, is illegal in the human world. However, enough is enough and I am tired of them holding our daughter hostage. We are going to be rescuing her today. Please assemble 5 of your most trusted guards to help us. We will be leaving at 7:00am. That gives you 3 hours before we leave.” Collin said to Scott. Scott bowed respectfully and said, “right away my alpha. We all want Taylor back here.” Collin nodded to Scott and Scott left.

Margaret walked into the office with three bags. “what are the bags for?” Sarah asked Margaret. “These are just in case Taylor and I need to be on the run for awhile. I did not know if they had the location of our pack or not.” Margaret answered honestly. Sarah nodded, “that makes sense. I do not know if they know the location or not. We will cross that bridge when we need to. Thank you for thinking ahead.” Sarah said to Margaret with a smile. “What happened this time?” Margaret asked, knowing there had to have been something else happen. Collin and Sarah looked at each other then Collin said, “Dr. Trey sent a vampire named Vergil to inject Taylor with wolfsbane and a medicine to make her stop dreaming. Zag believes there is something else in it as well. He will be sending it to get it analyzed. Patty should be finishing up with the bags to flush Taylor’s system out. She will be giving us the file on Taylor and everything that happened. Zag eliminated Vergil and he said he was looking forward to Vergil’s torture when he returns home.” Margaret swallowed hard and looked afraid. “He gave her wolfsbane? Did..did Vergil do anything else to Taylor?” Margaret asked with a shaky voice. “No, he didn’t get the chance. Zag made sure he didn’t get the chance.” Sarah said reassuring Margaret.

Margaret wanted to rip Dr. Trey’s head off his shoulders. “When are we leaving?” Margaret asked ready to go burn the facility down. Connor stood up and said, “luna and I are going to go get ready. If you would be so kind to get food for us. We need enough nonperishable food to take with us. It will need to be enough for a week or two. I plan for us to go to our jet and go lay low for a little bit. If you need more clothes we can buy more when we are safe.” Margaret nodded in understanding. “I will have the guards help me carry it all to the vehicles. Will they be going along with us as well?” Margaret asked Collin. “I believe we will have them come with us.” Collin answered Margaret and then he and Sarah went to their room. Margaret went to the kitchen and began packing some food that she knew would not spoil. Margaret was ready to rescue her friend. Scott walked into the kitchen and Margaret turned and smiled. “Scott, can you and the other guards help carry these boxes of food to the vehicles please?” Margaret asked Scott still smiling. Scott nodded and said, “of course, I will get them here to help immediately.”

The other guards soon came into the kitchen and began helping carry 5 boxes of food out to the SUV. Margaret and Scott took the last two boxes to the car that Margaret will be driving. “We have enough clothes for a week already packed. I know once we get to where we will be going we will buy more. Patty and Mrs. Patter will be going with us as well. I need to pick Mr. Patter up so that he is not left vulnerable without his wife.” Scott said to Margaret. “We will meet you at the bare spot that Patty told alpha about. Please, be careful Margaret.” Scott said as they stood close to one another. “I’ll be careful, I promise.” Margaret promised Scott. Scott nodded and went to make sure the other guards had bags packed. Margaret watched as Scott walked away and she sighed. Margaret walked to the alpha and luna’s office and sat down. She sent her mom and dad a mind link to let them know what was going on.
