Alex:
Walking back to the pack house I notice her checking me out.
Well that’s a step in the right direction if this keeps up I’ll have her in no time. I’ve never had to wine and dine anyone before so this will be exciting and a challenge.
I love a good challenge.
We reach the edge of the forrest and I look down at her and say, “Just remember kitten, I’m still your mate so don’t do anything stupid while I’m trying to win you over. Don’t put other wolves in jeopardy over you trying to make me jealous.”
She stills at my words.
Did she really believe I would fall for her words back there so easily? I can read people quit well and she didn’t even try to put up a good fight she gave in too easily.
Check mate to me now let’s see what she does.

Lily:
Back at the pack house everyone was still carrying on with the festivites.
I’m thankful for that because I would’ve hated to ruin this day for Emily.
Though as I walk into the foyer of the house all I can think of are his words.
“Don’t do anything stupid while I’m trying to win you over. Don’t put other wolves in jeopardy over you trying to make me jealous.”
It’s like he knew.. how did he know?
Still I’m going to go through with it.
If the human men of world have taught me anything men love what they can’t have so easily.
I keep walking through the foyer and down a long corridor until I reach the dinning room I’m looking for.
This dinning room is reserved for the three head honchos and their families. It’s the smaller of the three it’s has dark green paint on the walls with gold flower designs throughout. There is a huge green resin river table that sits 42 people. Twenty on each side and two on each ends with cream chairs with gold legs. There are gold flower placemats in front of each chair with white china sets with gold rims. Gold silver wear with clear glass cups with gold trimming on them as well.
If you could not tell our Luna Charolette loves green and gold.
I continue to walk over to Emily and take my place beside her as Alex takes his seat across the table next to his brother.
All in all we have 30 people at the table today and 28 of them are starting at myself and Alex.
Emily leans over to her right when I sit down and whispers, “Tell me later but for now let’s enjoy dinner.”
“Don’t worry I’ll tell you everything.” I say and smile at her.
I look up one more time at Alex and notice he’s smirking right at me before he takes a drink of his whisky.
If I’m not careful I’ll end up like putty in his hands.
