The next morning, I woke up feeling better than any other days in the past years.
Yesterday, Olivia admitted her feelings for me, I kissed her after so long, and I found out she will always be mine.
I got out of bed and wore my suit and left my house with a smile on my face.
When I arrived at the company, the employees started welcoming me and I simply nodded walking toward the office Nathan and Olivia usually work in.
I knocked on the door and walked in to find Nathan by himself.
“Morning,” he said and I nodded losing the smile from before.
“I’ll search in the cafeteria,” I was leaving the office about to close the door before he stopped me.
“She’s not here,” I heard him say and I turned to him with furrowed eyebrows.
“What?” I asked and he walked closer
