'I can’t wait to get out of here, and move to Orlando, FL, and work at the happiest place on Earth.” – Keely James July 28 “Hunter, you need to tell her parents.” Kylie tells him while they both were walking out of the Cold Stone. “No, no way, they f*****g hate me.” Hunter tells her whilst shaking his head. “Still, her mother looks like a f*****g mess, you need to drive your ass there right now and tell her what you know.” She orders him while putting her hand on his shoulder. He then turns around and has watery eyes. “You’re her best friend, why don’t you tell them? Also, why didn’t she text or call you? You’re her best friend after all.” He croaks whilst wiping his eyes. Kylie just scoffs at him then shakes her head, and then makes her way to her car and unlocks her door. While Hunter was watching her, she noticed and once she opens her door, she flips him off. “You’re a coward Hunter, you always bail when people need you.” Kylie shouts at him, and then gets inside her car. Once she closes the door, she starts her engine and then starts to cry. But he does have a point, Kylie starts to wonder why didn’t Keely bother sending her a text message or even call her? “Keely, why are you doing this to me?” Kylie asks herself while sobbing. She collects herself, and then starts to drive away.   July 30 Kylie paces in her bedroom, while her 40-inch television is playing her favorite Netflix show, Stranger Things. But her thoughts are currently on her best friend Keely. “Have you heard from her?” Peter, her boyfriend asks Kylie whilst sitting on Kylie’s purple moon chair. “No, I haven’t, and her parents officially reported her as a missing person’s case, I mean senior year is about to begin Peter.” Kylie says while putting her hands over her face and standing still. Peter lets out a sigh and then stands up and pulls his girlfriend in his arms. “Don’t worry, this case will be solved before you know it.” He tells her reassuringly while rubbing her back. “I hope so, her dad and some cops are enlisting a search party.” Kylie explains while leaning her head against his chest. “Well, where would they search?” Peter asks her. “It would have to be this whole neighborhood, and around our school.” Kylie says while wiping her eyes. “Are you going to join them?” He asks her while pulling away. “I mean, yeah, I have to babe.” She tells him sniffling. “When does the search party begin?” He asks her with a sigh and sits down on her bed. “Tomorrow at 10 am sharp.” She explains taking a seat next to him. “Oh, I would join you babe, but I got practice.” He tells her with a frown. She gives him a small smile and pinches his cheek. “It’s fine sweetie, I don’t expect you to come.” She assures him. But the truth is, Peter used to have a thing for Keely before he started dating Kylie. So, it’s kind of shocking to Kylie that her boyfriend won’t be apart of the search party. Of course, Kylie won’t urge Peter to come join the search. “Good, now let’s order something from Uber eats babe.” Peter tells her while taking out his phone. “Yeah okay.” Kylie sighs starting to feel drained from all of that crying. She then sits next to him, and then lay down on her back. “Just order me whatever you’re getting.” Kylie informs him draping her arm over her tired eyes. “Okay beautiful.” He tells her while choosing to order from McDonalds.   ❂||❂||❂ They were later both sitting in Kylie’s living room, and they heard the doorbell ring. “I’ll get it.” Kylie tells her boyfriend. “Okay, I tipped him already on the app.” He tells her while patting her thigh. She just nods her head and then stands up and makes her way over to the front door, once she opens it, she is greeted by a black girl with long beautiful hair and a big smile on her face. “Looking for a Peter Carlisle?” She asks me while looking down at her phone. “Um, yeah, that’s my boyfriend.” Kylie tells her whilst biting my lip. “Oh my gosh, I’m so sorry about your friend.” A preteen girl says standing next to the woman with the food. “Nina.” The girl tells her warningly. Kylie gives the girl a smile and kindly takes the food from the woman. “No, it’s okay, thank you.” Kylie tells the preteen. Both women nod their heads and then leave Kylie’s doorstep. Kylie then shuts the door and walks inside her living room. Peter then grabs the drink carrier from her, and she takes a seat next to him.  “I just hope that they find her soon.” Kylie sighs and accepts the 10-piece chicken nugget box from Peter. “They will Kylie, and knowing Keely, she probably is still in town.” Peter tells her while eating some fries from the bag. “I hope so Peter, I just want her home already.” Kylie tells him while eating a nugget and staring off into space. “I mean, I can be Keely for a little bit, like tell me what outfit you’ll wear for the first day of senior year.” Peter sighs while stuffing his face with some more fries. Kylie then puts down the nugget box and looks at him like he was the best boyfriend ever, and that she would give him a trophy.  “Okay! Let me go grab it!” Kylie says excitedly while standing up and then gabbing her phone and running out of the living room. Peter lets out a groan. “Great.” Peter groans out putting a hand over his face.
