Suddenly, Silver shook again, and his hair began to electrify. A strong sense of rage began to make its presence felt and grow. His demon felt the need to protect what was his, and now that their parents were gone, the whole family was his and he had to protect it. This made him feel that he had to protect everyone with ferocity, and he had no doubt that even if he was more pacifist, he would have been able to kill anyone and anything between his family and their safety. Silver didn't particularly like to kill, but he wouldn't have stepped aside to do so if needed. He would have done ANYTHING for his family.
So someone had given Moon a crystal with which to open portals. All right. Why? To open a portal, obviously. Why? Who would have had anything to gain if a portal had opened?
