Their brother, Shade, Moon's twin met them on the road, and after they both have seen what an effect he had on Moon, they all went to surprise the little ones. That would cheer them all up.
On the way, they talked about everything that had happened in his absence. Fortunately, Shade agreed with Tiger on the crystal matter, he did not want to lose Moon either in some experiments with the crystal, as they did not know anything about its power and what it can do. But yes, they all needed to make it work so studying it became Moon's task.
They both just denied her speaking about it and made her promise she would leave the experiment at the Sun House.
As if they were so sure that she would listen to them... but at least they had to try, they both knew that.
