"I'll be fine", Hara Sun-hee kept repeating over and over like a mantra emotionlessly as she tried to self soothe herself after yet another panic attack. Sighing helplessly, she lays back down on the bed moving her hand over the empty spot beside her wishing she had someone to tell her that she will be fine so she can finally believe it.
"I'll be fine", Song Min-Jun muttered nervously as he cautiously stepped into his son's classroom. He could feel everyone's eyes burning a hole in his head as he went to take a seat. It's Iike these people have never seen a single parent before judging by the pity filled looks they're giving him. He hated this, hated seeing his son's sad expression whenever someone mentioned his absentee mother but he had to stay strong so he just repeated "I'll be fine" over and over in his head. Sighing deeply, he longingly stared at the empty space next to him "Will he really be fine" he wondered.
The story of two people trying their best, both longing for companionship and love.
