His hand was warm, but somehow she could feel the stark contrast of his skin to Calum’s. The lines that the years of his life had added to the texture of his hand was clear to her. He closed his fingers around hers and lead her away from the crowd. She looked back as Calum disappeared from view, he was looking confused and dazed and she felt a twinge of guilt at leaving him like that. She wasn't sure what things would be like now that she made him forget, would she even be able to go back to how things were before he knew what she was.  As soon as they reached the parking lot, away from the crowd now, her Father turned, letting go of her hand.
