CHAPTER TEN I was supposed to be taking a hot shower. Instead, I was picking up all my things. Whoever rampaged through my house had left nothing untouched. It was going to take days to clean up. “You don't have any luck,” Bo said as we surveyed the kitchen. “At this point, I don't know if luck exists,” I said, putting my hands on my hips. “Who do you think was here?” Bo asked. “Wasn't a neighborhood punk, I can tell you that,” I said. “They wouldn't make a mess like this.
