My best mistake

My name is Elena Miller and i'm known for having the "perfect" life. I am the only child of famous and successful lawyers , My parent's work always made them very busy . But this didn't mean i had a bad childhood on the contrary they always found time for me and made it wonderful i wouldn't change it for anything . But then highschool came and my parents barelly talked and avoided each other , At first i thought it was because of their work and i didn't give it too much attention. I was in a private highschool for the best students in the country, i didn't get there because of my grades i got there because of my family's name like half of the other students. I was a cheerleader which made me the most popular girl in our highschool and got me a lot of fake friends , i guess people like hating the others for no reason . Even if the school was full of rich kids some of them still came to me wanting to be my "friend" just to be invited to my parties or to my house . Fortunatly that didn't stop me from having real friends that cared and liked me for ME not for my parents and their money. One of them was Sophia who i met in my first year in my biology class , she is the funny and the outgoing one of our little group , she was pretty and always had boys chasing after her even if everyone knew that she was intrested in girls not in boys . My other bestfriend Emma was the shy and quiet one i met her at the library where she helped me find a book and from that day we were bestfriends , she was always the one i go to when i need advices about boys even if she never dated anyone . They are very diffrent but got along well , i loved them and always considered them my sisters . When highschool started i wasn't intrested in dating or partying , my main goal was to have good grades so that i could be a successful lawyer like my parents , Well my plan didn't work because when i started the cheerleading trainings i always noticed a boy from the football team staring at me which made me very uncomfortable . The first party i went to was a party in the house of a football player called Alex i didn't know him or know how he looked , he invited all the cheerleading team me included . At first i didn't want to go , i wasn't in the mood to go for party but Sophia somehow convinced me to go with her. I didn't know what to put on it was my first after all so i had put my favorite dress with the neckless my father got me for my 13th birthday and some makeup. When i finally arrived at the party i noticed a lot of cars parked and people going inside the mansion , the music there was so loud that everyone could hear it outside . It wasn't what i expected , i thought it would be a little party but here i was in a house filled with at least a thousand teenager . A lot of them were dancing to the music ,the others were drinking or smoking and playing games I didn't know what to do so i started searching Sophia , i new that Emma wasn't coming because of her very strict parents even if we all know she used this as an excuse, I searched for about 15 minutes but she was no where to be seen and the smell of sweat and alcohol in the air made me want to throw up so i decided to go to the garden outside hoping that i wouldn't find anyone there . The garden was huge and the flowers in it were beautiful especially the roses that smelled so good in comparison to the disgusting smell of sweat inside the house .Suddently felt someone tap my shoulder and it was the boy who always stared at me in the trainings , he was tall with blond soft hair , a sharp jawline and beautiful grey eyes . He noticed me staring at him and chuckled "Are you bored from the party too ?" he asked . "Not bored i'm just not used to it" i said . "It's your first party?" he asked again looking deeply at ny eyes . "yes" i answered i little embarrassed, i felt his face coming closer to mine and his eyes looking into mine then looking at my lips . I didn't step back or reject him on the contrary i was waiting for his lips to be on mine , i don't know why but there was something about him that i couldn't put my finger on but made want to be with him and made me want to kiss him... And i did. That kiss was like something out of a movie and honestly i could not imagine a better first kiss than this one it was slow and soft, comforting in ways that words would never be. And from that day we were inseparable , i loved him and he loved me ... I really wanted to do this chapter and talk especially about how Elena and Alex met and how their relationship started because i find it intresting and wanted you guys to see how much it changed from where they were in high school .
