Chapter 14Gabriel hadn’t left Connelly’s house in a week; now, he was doing Connelly’s grocery shopping for him. The only time he had left to himself was time he could go back to his apartment and get some more clothes. Connelly had bought him a toothbrush to leave there. Eventually, Gabriel might even leave most of his toiletries at Connelly’s house, but that was still a bit too close to cohabitation and marriage for Gabriel’s taste.
