Chapter 19: The Announcement

Alexandra and Sabrina appeared sitting calmly in two empty chairs. Startled the triplets screamed and ran under the dinner table believing they may be ghosts. Kali blinked, barking out laughing at the triplets reactions. Crying he crouched under the table to let them know it's OK. Ektor was the first to tighten his lip and move up slowly back into his dinner chair.

"Woah! What was THAT!" Ektor looked from Alexandra to Sabrina. Sabrina winked, "Simple, we teleport Ektor, that means I made us suddenly appear here from outside." turning to her dinner napkin, Sabrina folded it on her lap.

"Can you teach me to do that witch?" Ektor took his dinner napkin and copied Sabrina. Watching her every move, Ektor eyed the witch.

Sabrina smiled, "Nope! No can do kid! You're not a witch, but I might be able to give you some pixie dust. Later...when your old enough." 

Ektor pouted, "I'm big enough already. I promise I can be...res...respon...sible." grabbing a slice of ham like the witch, Ektor stuffed it in his mouth chewing loudly.

Sabrina rolled her eyes, "First, you must stop chewing so loudly, Ektor. Next, do all your chores. I know you've skipped a few." turning to Anna and Mariah, "And you too girls, Princess Alexandra is going to need all three of you to do as instructed. Soon your family will be growing bigger."

Coughing to interrupt Sabrina, Kali clicked his fork against his glass cup. "Sabrina, enough! Alex, is there something you wish to let us know...?"

It's best you announce it now Alexandra than wait longer. Kali mindlinked his wife.

"How did you know?!?" Alexandra burst out. Completely surprised.

"Sabrina felt your life source." Kali smiled wider hardly able to sit still, wishing he could wrap Alex in a bear hug to kiss her.

Standing up from her chair, Alexandra addressed everyone present in a clear and loud voice."I'm having pups! I'm pregnant!" laughing she walks up to Kali leaning in to kiss his lips, lost in happiness.

The triplets jumped out of their chairs throwing their dinner napkins in the air, "HOORAYY! HOORAYY! We will have baby cousins!!!" giggling the triplets threw their arms around Alexandra's waist hugging her close, squishing Kali into their bear hug. Clinging to one another they laughed, cried, and hugged tighter.

Sabrina cleared her throat, clinking her glass of wine. "Ok ok! This deserves a grand toast! Children back to your seats! Raise your cups! Now..now...Mariah not the wine cup, dear...juice! Alpha and Princess," raising her cup high, "TO THE FUTURE TWIN PUPS! HERE HERE!" Sabrina gulped down her wine in one swallow, sure was tasty!

The triplets replied in unison, "TWO!!!" mouths hanging open.

Kali's mouth hanged open, ..."OOoooo...MoonGoddess! TWINS!" he looked Alexandra and got up to kiss and hug her again. Lifting her off her feet, "We're having TWIN PUPS!"

In that moment, Marcus walks into the dining hall..."HUH! WHAT! WHO IS HAVING TWIN PUPS!?!"

Kali and Alexandra smiled, "WE ARE!" Kali walking her back to her dinner chair. 

Marcus turned white. Oh s**t! 

Sabrina interrupted, "Language Marcus." Marcus rolled his eyes at Sabrina, "The news took me by surprise, Alpha and Luna congratulations! As your Beta, it will be my pleasure watching over the pups. I can assist you Luna on finding the best rooms for a nursery. This house is big enough to even set up another playroom for the pups." Marcus knew his wife would be ecstatic. She'd want to help the Luna prepare everything, even do a baby shower.

"Thank you Marcus, it sounds like a great idea. We can choose the rooms tomorrow and begin ordering supplies." Turning to the triplets, Alexandra smiled "Children, you can help me choose toys for the pups." The triplets looked at each other excited. Mariah asked, "But we don't know if the pups are boys or girls or like us, two girls and one boy."

Sabrina smiled thinking how observant of Mariah, not as smart as her triplet sister Anna though...

Ektor replied to his sister's question, "Boys! My cousins have to be boys,  I can't get stuck with only girls to play with." His sisters both kicked him under the table sticking out their tongues.

Kali growled loudly, making the triplets and everyone else look at him. Avoiding a punishment for what he said, Ektor quickly whispered, "I'm sorry Uncle, I didn't mean..." closing his mouth he remained silent. 

"Ektor, if the Luna has girls you will help to protect and keep them safe just like your sisters. And if you want boys to play with not just your sisters, I can let you play with some of the Beta and Gamma boys training a few hours a day. Of course, Moon Goddess will MOST likely give Luna boy pups!" smiling Kali winked at Ektor completely wishing he'd get one of each to spoil his baby girl and teach all the warrior fighting to his boy...

"Alpha, that would be wonderful," Marcus agreed but noticed Sabrina and Alex were exchanging looks. What is up with those two? They barely met and already sharing secrets. 

"Whatever Moon Goddess blessings us with Kali, I'll be happy with. I'm not falling for your teasing, you'll be crying your eyes out when you get to see your pups faces!"

Both Kali and Marcus groaned, "Alpha, I'm afraid she may be right. I've cried at all the births of my pups." Kali laughed.

They sat together discussing getting Alex checked by the pack doctor just to make sure her pregnancy is monitored. Sabrina's witch sense started to get a bit foggy with all the wine, making it harder to fully focus. Mid-discussion, the triplet Anna glued the wine glass onto the table. Sabrina tried to lift it, tugging gently as to not bring attention to herself. Slanting her eyes at Anna, she huffed and shrugged. 

Sabrina will time to discover just how powerful of a werevamp witch Anna was. Mariah was definately not like her older sister, Anna seemed to be the only triplet child who inherited witch talents.

Lucifer was not surprised Anna would be visiting her mother. 

Sabrina kept her gaze away from Anna, a few times she felt a sizzling sensation on her temple. The brat IS trying to pick her brain. Pushing her aura and sealing it against Anna, Sabrina now winked at Anna.

Try that again Anna and I'll have to teach you a lesson, witch. 

Anna smiled wickedly.
