If someone told me that this morning was going to be this interesting, I would have been the first one at the family breakfast table. It took all but a few minutes for Elara to lose herself around me.
I have tried to fight off the bond between us, and the more I fought, the more I lost to myself. At some point, even thinking of her would drive me insane. But for her, it's different. She's an Alpha but she's also a woman.
