CHAPTER 30-TEACH A LESSON

761 Words
Bandit 5: “What did you say?? You’re the f*****g bastard…!!!” Of course, the bandits are not so happy as they were very angry at Towa after what he said earlier. However, the Vice-Leader was still staying calm and held his subordinates not to attack first as his subordinates tried to move forward to confront Towa. Ko-shin: “Bwahahaha… Very funny. You knew a bastard bandit like us, only doing our job… and we’re doing this, not just for fun… But to survive. You see, we’ve to report to our boss as well… If we’re not doing this job properly, it will be difficult for us to explain to our boss…” Bandit 6: “No more talking with him, Sir…!!! Let’s get him first…” Bandit 7: “That's right…!!!” However, Ko-shin told them not to be reckless because he knew that Towa was not someone that they could handle, even if all of them join forces together, the chance might still be slim. Ko-shin is also not some ordinary bandit either. Turns out, he was also once a strong martial-art pugilist. But something happens to him that turns his life upside down and don’t know how, at the end he ends up becoming a bandit. Now only he has a chance to duel with Towa, even if the chance was not big. If he knew who Towa was in the past, he wouldn't dare to confront him like this. Certainly, Towa accepted his invitation for a duel but with one condition. If Towa loses, he will join them but if the Vice-Leader loses, then they can’t find any trouble to this village ever again in the future. The Vice-Leader accepted. Without talking anymore, Ko-shin pulls out his blade and thrusts toward Towa. But with one step, Towa slid backward to stay away from Ko-shin’s blade and he was still not yet pulling out his sword. When the distance is quite close enough, Towa uses his sword-scabbard to fend Ko-shin’s blade away to his right side and in a meantime, he also spins to his left side to make a distance between him and Ko-shin. Ko-shin just about to turn over to Towa’s direction, suddenly Towa throws his sword-scabbard to Ko-shin’s direction to distract him. Certainly, Ko-shin quickly evades away but when he turns over again, Towa already comes at him thrusting forward at full speed. Since it was too sudden, he can only block with his blade by holding it in a horizontal line with both hands as he tries to resist the attack from Towa. When he is pushed backward a little far from his early position, then he quickly uses his inner Qi-energy to flow over his both legs so he can stand on the ground without pushing backward anymore by Towa. And for Towa, he quickly uses his both hands by holding the sword hilt and spins the sword by releasing his both hands. So obviously, the sword keeps spinning on Ko-shin’s blade. Then with one last strike, Towa uses his left-hand palm to strike at the beyond of his sword hilt with full of Qi-energy. Certainly, it causes a big explosion behind Ko-shin that also pushes Ko-shin flying backward. However, Ko-shin can quickly make a backward somersault to help him stand still without falling. Then Ko-shin quickly releases a few times Qi-energy to Towa direction with an uppercut s***h. Of course, Towa can’t move forward to him anymore so he can only block and evade repeatedly. And for the last time, Towa immediately jumps in the mid-air to strike twice with Qi-energy at Ko-shin’s direction causing a big explosion around there. Since the explosion happened twice at the same time, Ko-shin can only focus on how to evade it. Then, Towa immediately lands on the ground and strikes the level one of Mukeifūken-ryū, “Ikken-Fūkon / Yījiàn-Fēnghún (OneSword-SealedSoul)” to Ko-shin’s direction by passing over. Now Towa is facing back-to-back with Ko-shin. And for Ko-shin, he flew backward and fell to the ground because of the pressure from Qi-energy of Towa. Ko-shin was lucky as he immediately blocked the strike from Towa by placing his blade in front of his chest. That’s why Ko-shin’s life is still safe. Ko-shin also realized that Towa was not really 100% in full power to strike him. If not, his chest would be cut open in two as well. Even so, Ko-shin still vomits blood from his mouth as the Qi-energy blow from Towa earlier.
