CHAPTER 33-ERADICATES THE BANDITS (PART 2)

Now only remains the Leader (Ō-Kun), Vice-Leader (Koshin) and 8 of their subordinates. Then the Vice-Leader asks those 8 bandits to take care of the Leader as he is going to fight one by one with Towa. After pulling his sword, Koshin strikes directly to towa’s position. 2 of them fought equally for some time by releasing Qi-energy blows to each other. Then after, 2 of them making a backward somersault to stay away from each other, Koshin releases his mighty blade technique called “Gyokuryū-Mutsuki / Yùlóng-Mèngyuè (JadeDragon-DreamMoon)” from “Gyokuryū-Kenhō / Yùlóng-Jiànfǎ (JadeDragon-BladeTechniques)”, by creating astral blades around his body while he keeps spinning and strikes an uppercut s***h to blow at towa’s direction. Of course, Towa quickly evades away by doing a somersault to his right side. Not finished from there, Ko-shin strikes for one last hit of his technique by jumping into the mid-air and all his astral blades around him, combine into one on his blade when he points his blade to the top then strikes a big astral blade to Towa’s position. An ordinary pugilist will certainly can’t escape from that strike or even evade away as that strikes will cause a big explosion around. However, for Towa, he can easily counter that attack by using the Mukeifūken-ryū and this time, he’s not only using one technique but combining by using 2 techniques at once. At first, he strikes with the level 3, “Kento-Sanshū / Jiàntú-Sānqiū (SwordSlaughter-ThreeAutumns)” to break that blow by creating 3 of his shadows in triangle direction then all that shadows striking at once to the mid-air to neutralize that blow from Ko-shin. Then when still in the mid-air, following by the other one which is level 2, “Sōei-Anken / Shuāngyǐng-ànjiàn (TwinShadows-DarkSword)” to create 2 of his shadows by moving in a snake movement then at the end of it, those 2 shadows combine as one then s***h on Ko-shin. With that blow, the strike from Towa hit on Ko-shin’s chest causing Koshin to fly away and hit the ground badly wounded. And their Leader, which is “Ō-Kun (Wáng-Xùn)”, is so surprised with Towa’s sword techniques.

Ō-Kun: “Is… is that the legendary sword skills of Mukeifūken-ryū??”

Towa: “You... knew it??”

Ō-Kun: “I saw it once… When I’m still a soldier…”

Towa: “What??”

Ō-Kun: “It's a long time ago… I saw the former sect leader of Unkensō, Seimei-Sōshu…”

Towa: “I see…”

Ō-Kun: “I never thought, until today I still can meet the successor of Unkensō… What’s your name??”

Towa: “You are talking too much…”

Ō-Kun: “I knew… You came to get my head, to get revenge for those villagers, right??”

Towa: “Enough…!!! Accept your fate…!!!”

Then without talking anymore, Towa rushes toward Ō-Kun to attack him, but the remaining 8 of his subordinates come to cover for him. They counter the attack from Towa. However, they don’t know what Towa can do. Towa quickly spins his body and creates the astral swords around him then strikes all the astral swords flying toward his enemy’s direction. And for one last hit, Towa smacks on the ground with his sword to create Qi-energy spikes on the ground to his enemy’s direction. With that, those 8 bandits are flying away. Now only Towa and Ō-Kun remain. Towa not letting himself rest as he was flying toward Ō-Kun at high speed when get close enough, he strikes full of Qi-energy with horizontal s***h to Ō-Kun position. Of course, Ō-Kun immediately blocked that blow with his spear. For the record, Ō-Kun was a former officer of En-Koku which at that time of the war, he was battling at the other town, not at the imperial-city. When the war broke out, the other En-Koku’s crucial towns were under attack as well. That’s why he protected that town from the enemies. After the war ended, he became a refugee and didn't know where to go. One day, he fell unconscious on the side of the road, near the wild forest as he was exhausted. Then at the time, he was saved by the bandits. The former leader of the bandit before Ō-Kun then after the former leader of the bandit died, Ō-Kun became the new leader until now. That’s why Ō-Kun used to use a spear in battle even though he can also use a sword. But today, he chose a spear to fight against Towa. After blocking the attack from Towa, Ō-Kun pushes him away and strikes back. He also blocks with his sword, then they fight for equality for a while. Even Ō-Kun was not a pugilist but still Ō-Kun did learn martial-art before so Ō-Kun did have his inner Qi-energy as well.
