FIRST ENCOUNTER
Walking down an alley, a sweet-scented smell covering her nose was all she knew before her subconsciousness kicked in. The man who had been waiting for this beautiful young lady to fall into his arms for 3 years finally had his chance.
He took her to his apartment which only had a small window to let in daylight. It looked out towards a park filled with couples falling on top of each other, professing their love to the society. And every time he saw them, he felt an incurable jealousy, enough to kidnap and make love to the women before him.
She was a woman with a small frame and long brown hair. Her eyes were brown and beautiful as he always stared at her. He knew that she was the one the moment he laid eyes on her. But what made the fateful meeting happen was the work of an accident.
It was a sunny day when the man who always wore a mask dint see a car running into him. He was helpless since his eyes were so focused on crossing the street. He kept looking at the green sign moving forward each step towards his death.
It took only a second for him to be dragged and laid down by a woman half his size, breathing heavily and scolding him non-stop. As he started to analyse the situation, he realized that this short woman had saved his life. She was dusting herself up while he just stared at her. She held out her hand for him ' You know you should treasure your life' she said smiling at his confused face.
He took her hand, uncertain why he was drawn to such a young lady who he just met a few seconds ago. She looked at him and smiled ' well, good day' she said turning her back.
He dint know what came in him to stop her from leaving. His hands touched her soft, smooth skin making her stop. She looked at him with curious eyes, wanting to know the reason behind his gesture. Her mind was contemplating whether or not to take him to the hospital as the shock must have left an impact. Being the kind girl she is, she waited for him to take his time and talk.
His mask had fallen when the crash happened and he had failed to notice that. She saw the deep scar running from his cheek till his lip which made him mask his face. Although there was a tingling feeling to touch the scar and make him forget his scarred memories. She never knew this 6' person who towered over her. He had pitch-black eyes ones you would get lost into and so she broke the eye contact questioning his gesture.
' Thank you' he said and his voice made her have goose bumps. It was low and deep. She smiled at him until her friend grabbed her hand, pulling them apart.
' You are beautiful just the way you are' she said before turning to the other direction and hurrying off. It surprised him until he felt the cold wind brushing his lips and nose. He had lost his mask, but what was more shocking was the decent conversation he had with her. He was always feared by others because of his scar, but this lady showed no sign of disgust while talking to him.
He knew she was beautiful, not only her appearance but also her heart. There was a dark desire growing inside him each day, wanting to monopolize her and taint her with his darkness repeatedly until she could see none but him.
He started observing her from a distance, looking at her laugh, the way she would get irritated when someone would eat her food or when she would make a cute face asking for a treat. She had already become a part of his life without even talking to him.
He had imagined and planned their life in his dream, by making her scream his name and pant so hard that she would be breathless each time they made love.
