Kaira isn’t dead.

The devices inside her are still tearing her apart, and Tarkus has only managed to slow them down.

A cure exists - but the only ones who know how to deliver it are the same corporation that created the horrors now killing her.

They’ll help… for a price.

They need a job done - one that only a pilot with Tarkus’s skills can pull off.

Will they succeed? And if they do, will the corporation keep its word - or let Kaira die after all? As the mission unfolds, Kaira begins to suspect even her life won’t cover the cost they’ll be asked to pay and she’d happily walk away and face what she must.
