Kaira’s eyes were glued to her datapad, waiting for any sign that the hacking had finished. She was also watching the temperature around them, which crept up another degree before her eyes. It was already hot. Damn hot. Everyone had removed as much clothing as it was easy to do, but the air in the machine was stifling.
