Chapter one The worst day of my life 2024 April 6th I woke up at 8:00 or at 9:00 I don't really know what time I woke up but my chest hurt and my body was a bit shaky, I got up from the floor and walked out of my room and went into my older sisters room where my little brother stayed. Because my older sister stayed in my room because she said it smelled gross in there, and she didn't like the bed, I opened the door and saw my little brother Gordon playing fortnight. "Sup sherm you playing solos?" I asked as I plopped onto the bed and went onto my tablet because my phone was broken at the time. Gordon didn't take his eyes off the screen because he was in a fight."Yep, you wanna play duos with me after?" I was a bit annoyed because I didn't want to play I sighed "No not right now Gordon." "Oh come on cheyanne we never played in a while" I sighed again and turned off the tablet and got up and went to the samll desk that was on the side of the TV and sat down on the chair then turn on my Nintendo. "Fine just for a bit." All of the sudden I felt my chest was a bit tight and my body was a bit shaky, I thought Nothing of it and started to play with Gordon on my Nintendo. After a while my mom walked into the room breathing heavy. I looked at my mom and spoke. "Mom are you ok?" Then I quickly looked back at my screen. And then my mom spoke. "No I don't f*****g feel ok. My chest is tight right now." Then she went over to the bed and sat down and kept repeating. I don't feel good. Then she yelled "Cheyanne! Please come over here." I was startled and I felt annoyed because it was always me doing everything, then I got up and went over to her and sat down beside my mom. Then my mom grabbed me and raised her voice a bit. "Hold me Dammit! I don't feel good." I got annoyed and I wrapped my arms around my mom, then after a few minutes my mom pushed me away and grabbed her phone that was on the bed and called her older sister. My aunt answered. "Hello?" My mom spoke "Jane I don't feel good I think something is wrong.." my aunt sounded annoyed "Call the hospital then." Then my mom yelled for my sister. "Jesse!" Then my sister yelled back "Coming!" Then a few seconds later she opened the door and my mom spoke "Call the f*****g hospital!" Then my sister got out her phone and called the hospital Then she was talking with them. Then my mom got up and started to get dressed and walked out the door to go wait outside. "Cheyanne come with me." I was annoyed again, I thought she was going to be ok. Then I got up and went outside with my mom. She was pacing back and forth while on the phone with my aunt. When my mom saw me she hugged me and I hugged her back. "M-my arm feels numb cheyanne I'm scared..." that's when I started to worry I was about to speak but then she fell backwards and I tried to hold her but I couldn't. "Mom!" My eyes started to water and I yelled. "Jessica!" Then a few seconds later my sister came out along with my older brother they both looked worried and went over to my mom Then my sister called 911 and they told her to do cpr on my mom and she did. And two minutes later the abilene came. I standed there and watch them work on my mom, I didn't know what to feel at the time but I just stand there crying. Then my sister looked at me "Cheyanne go inside.." I nodded and went inside the house. I walked upstairs and then went to my older sisters room where I saw my little brother lying there on the bed faceing away from me. "Gordon are you ok?..." I heard him stiff then he spoke "I'm fine I'm just a bit sleepy..." I already knew that he was crying but I thought I should just leave him be. "Ok just making sure.." Then I closed the door and went into my room and laid down on the blankets that where on the floor because I didn't have a bed. Then I put on my headphones and listened to music. For some reason I felt free like I was wearing chains and they broke. I didn't know why I felt like that. Soon I fell asleep. A hour later I was woken up by my older brother sam. "Cheyanne wake up Jesse's dad is going to pick us up to go to the hospital." I nodded "ok just let me get ready." Then my brother left, then I got up and grabbed my hoodie and my headphones and my backpack and went into the living room. And I sat in my mom's chair, then I grabbed my tablet and went on t****k to message my friend Maria and I told her what happened, and I told her that I felt guilty because before she didn't feel good she asked me to watch a TV she me and her loved to watch but I got annoyed and told her no but she didn't respond yet and I started to think. "Why isn't she replying? I'm also there for her when she needed someone to talk to, but no one was there for me when I needed someone to talk to. then I texted her to tell my other friends what happened, then I turned off my tablet then sam walked into the living room with Gordon. "Jesse's dad is here let's go." I nodded and got my stuff and walked with them outside, it was raining a bit. Then we all got into the car and went to the hospital. We arrived at the hospital and got out and went inside, we saw our older sister in the waiting room and we went over to her. I could already tell that something was wrong.. My sister looked at us and then she got up "Hey guys we are going into another room with the others.." That's when I definitely knew something was very wrong..then we went into a different room where I saw my two uncles and my sisters side of the family. Then my uncle alven went up to me and hugged me and my brothers. At that point I already knew my mom was dead...and my eyes started to water again and my hand started to shake a bit. Then we sat around the table then a lady came in. "We are just waiting for your guys Jane Clark then we will begin." Then the lady left the room. I just sat there looking at the table pinching my skin hard and my leg started to shake to. My face felt a bit hot because of the crying. Then what felt like hours my auntie Jane came into the room along with her grandkids i was annoyed because she always had to bring those kids everywhere. Then my auntie went over to my sister and hugged her and my sister hugged her back, then she gave my older brother and my little brother a hug. Then she got to me and hugged me but I just sat there. I was so mad at her because she hanged up on my mom when she fell.
