Childhood friends
The smooth sweet breeze blew across Amelia's face, the way it patted against her skin made her feel like her pale skin was subtle and she was like a piece of paper against the autumn breeze, it made her feel like her face was smooth and clear. And it also made her feel like she was...splash!! cold salty water slapped against her face dragging her out of the delusion she was so engulfed in.
Irritated by the fact it was directly on her face, She watched the fish swim away so fast as If daring her to go after it. She had been used to fish splashing water occasionally, but not on her she was working so hard not to have another breakout. She removed her glasses to clean the Lenses and her acne-infested face as she'd liked to think before it got more irritated.
And just where was Demian she had been waiting for almost an hour and he was yet to be seen she fumed inserting her glasses back into position.
"hmph" She couldn't help but make the sound out loud. She'd bet he was out there with his cool friends after voicing...
" wait for me at the lake I want to show you something " with that annoying hypnotizing eye of his.
She couldn't say no and she didn't want to, Demian had been her friend straight up from kindergarten when Cassandra collected her toy and threw it out the window for being too un-noble and he flew back out to get it.
she never understood what she had ever done to Cassandra, the only thing she had against her was that her parents had died and left no one to take care of her, not a single maid or a single fortune to her name, just the family name and so the headmaster took her in and housed her and that she couldn't use her powers even though it's been almost two years and that she didn't have an impeccable skin and she looked like a human another being that had no power whatsoever and her mother was human so that explains a lot.
She sighed a sad look on her face Cassandra had a lot of reasons to pick on her but at least she had Demian.
He never once judged her by her family or looks or what she had to offer and she liked that, that's why no matter what people said about them she would fight for her friendship. She raised her hand to the evening sky as if cheering herself on.
"what are you doing" a smooth deep voice came in from the tree behind her with a chuckle following it.
she turned to look at the face of the familiar voice his dark brown hair had been tousled by the wind his side bangs all over the place his hazel eyes gleaming in amusement he had a perfectly chiseled face it was no wonder the girls were always after him
As her eyes went down to his lips she stopped her self furrowed her brows with deep annoyance and shot her eyes straight into his
"Demiannnnn it's been almost two hours you prick.." she stood and walked up to him
"I almost fought with the fish" she snapped
Demian couldn't hide their amusement and laughed
"Now whatever did the fish do to you" he looked
at her pink hair take in the whip of wind that breezed between them.. He still hadn't seen anyone with such lustrous unique unique-looking hair or such beautiful blue eyes and such overwhelming cuteness when they got angry. He looked at her again, oh damn she was angry the thought hit him before he could turn more of her anger into beauty in his mind
"am sorry am sorry they held me up with some.."
two fingers came to his mouth side
"shush, I don't want to hear it, it's always the same every time since they'd known we meet here on some days".
she looked at him not wanting to put him in a tough spot
"it's fine just show me what you want to do before classes start, I don't want another scolding from the teacher today"
"yes yes your ladyship" He chuckled and she did too, she did so she had always found his laughter very contagious.
"Alright then onwards soldier" she continued while the almost silent chuckles remained as he led her.
