Chapter 1 - A Black Wolf?

* Katherine *

 I woke up in my bed with a messy bun and heard someone knocked on my door turns out it was just my maid ( Mitch ). '' Wake up your Highness'' she calmly told me '' I told you to just call me Kath right? '' i said that to her with a small smile ''Your highness, calling you '' Highness '' is one of the rule in our rule book made by the Queen itself we can not brake that rule be-'' i cut her of and continued her sentence ''because it will cost us our life, My God! isn't that a bit too much?'' i sigh ''Your highness the King and Queen are asking for your presence in the dining area for breakfast '' she said to me with her emo looking face. I go to my closet and wear the Orange dress that Mitch had prepared for me and I hurried to the Dining area.''Atlas my Princess is awake!'' mom said it sarcastically with a smile ''What took you so long?, did you even brush your hair?'' dad giving me that weird look ''Yes! i did, and can we just eat already im starving!'' I said that to my parent while going to sit. 

After the breakfast my mom came to me with a smile on her face and said ''Sweaty~ i got a good news!'' and i was excited so i replied immediately ''what is it?'' I said excitedly ''your father and I talked about your request last month and he said ''sure why not '' and you'll start today since the weather is looking pretty good'' she said that while waiting for my reaction ''REALLY?! like going out?! in the village? and in the woods?!'' I said in shock while she just smiled at me and said yes, after that i immediately ran into my bedroom and get my sling bag ready to be carried. When I got back down I saw my mom with 2 body guards beside her and i knew what she was thinking straight away so i just accepted the fact that i won't be going out alone, But I already knew this would happen so I have a plan of escaping them. 

When we got outside of my castle the pack members were already looking at me with a huge smile but other female wolves just glare at me with jealousy... After some time when meeting the pack members are done I got to the bathroom where only female wolves are allowed and secretly jumped out of the window opposite place on the door then ran in the woods I saw one of my guards saw me so i ran and ran until he lost me. When i looked back to check twice just to make sure I saw nobody so I sat under a huge tree, because i was trying to catch my breath. After some time, I wondered in the woods and saw this glistering lake where the water is crystal clear when i looked around me I saw falling orange leaves on the trees and remembered it was already Autumn, the beautiful surroundings made me feel calmed so i accidentally fell asleep beside the river and on a rock looking up to the sky.

On the way to the Blue Stone Clan's Castle I was greeted with many very nicely. I just go here since my father Insisted me to invite them personally to my coronation. 

When I got into their castle I saw the Queen and ask her ''Excuse me, I am sorry for bothering you today I came here because I would like to tell to you and your family personally that my coronation to be a King, since my father and mother would like me to ascend the throne until I am 24, and The Royal family on the South also your pack is invited.'' the Queen said to me ''It is a honor, to us that you have come here personally, anyway would you like to have a little tour of out place since its just your first time coming here'' she asked me with a smile on her face but I declined her offer because i still have to travel along way and it takes a lot of time. I got out to the castle and we have said our goodbyes, when we are on our way home we had a little problem because we are not quite familiar with the place and we've come across a lot of Vampires then one of them stabbed me in my arm with a silver knife which caused me to Growl so Loud but that vampire who stabbed me was the last, but I've used up all my energy so my members and I agreed on staying the night in the forest since we don't want the King and Queen to think of us as weaklings.

We ran in the forest and we set up our emergency tents and command my wolves ''All of you shall hunt in this forest but at all cost don't get lost and stick together since we all are not yet familiar with this place I will also hunt but myself that is all''  So I saw them all were leaving by threes i got to go to the opposite direction as them. While I was running I suddenly smelled a scent, that smells like Candies and Chocolates it caught my attention an followed the scent until I found myself beside a lake and saw the most Beautiful Girl in my life sleeping soundly beside the lake.

''MATE!'' my wolf shouted I replied as ''I know'' I wondered in my mind asking myself ''Who is She?, Why is she in the forest all alone?, is she lost?'' When I suddenly saw a guard behind her waking her up and saw her Icey Blue eyes i told to myself ''Beautiful'' But I shift to my wolf form and stared to her for second when she saw me I ran since the guard also saw me. I ran back to my Wolf members.

I was rudely waken up by one of my body guard when i looked around and see a Black wolf staring at me then in one glimpse he disappeared I asked my guard ''Did you saw that A REALLY BLACK WOLF!'' he replied indeed Princess lets go.'' we walked back to the castle while my mind was still wondering who that wolf was...
