Markus and Darren sat on a twin couch, looking at Helios who was lying on the bed, Eric the pack doctor was done checking his heartbeat, and he faced them.
"He is in a better place now. He can't heal quickly because he is still in shock. I feel scenes from the first accident flash in his eyes while he fell off that cliff and he couldn't control himself anymore. But when his mind is out of shock he will be able to heal"
"Eric, I am fine," Helios said and tried to sit up but Eric stopped him.
"Please, rest, Alpha Helios, until you are strong enough. I will go and meet other sick patients in the pack now. You know what to do if you need me." Eric patted Markus' shoulder and left the room.
Silence fell over the room as he left. Helios watched his brothers looking silently at him.
