Two days after making the pact with Helios, Rain didn't hear anything from him nor see him in her room, but on the third night, Clementine came in with a black lacy dress and placed it on the bed.
"Alpha Helios wants you to wear this," she said.
Rain looked at the clothes from the window where she stood. The window has become her favorite place in the room. "Why are you bringing me this dress." Her voice was hoarse from so much crying.
