Episode 1 :You're Not My Mate
The entire pack stood frozen in silence as Alpha Kael approached the center of the clearing. His golden eyes scanned the crowd — cold, unreadable — until they landed on her.
Alera’s heart pounded so hard she could barely breathe.
This was the moment she’d been waiting for since she turned eighteen. Since she first felt the pull. Since the mate bond whispered his name in her dreams.
Her mate.
Alpha Kael.
He stopped in front of her. Every muscle in his body was tense, his jaw clenched as if the very sight of her offended him.
Their eyes met — and the air shifted.
There it was. The unmistakable spark. The connection.
Mate.
Her wolf purred. Her chest swelled. She waited for him to say the words.
But instead…
He stepped back.
His voice was ice.
“You can’t be my mate.”
Gasps echoed around them.
Alera blinked, confused. "What?"
“You’re weak. An omega. A mistake,” Kael said, loud enough for everyone to hear. “I reject you, Alera. As my mate. As my Luna. I. Reject. You.”
The bond inside her cracked.
Pain lanced through her chest like a blade. She staggered backward, eyes wide, throat tight. The world spun.
“No,” she whispered. “You can’t—”
“I just did,” he growled. “You will never stand beside me.”
The pack didn’t speak. No one moved to defend her. She was just the omega. The orphan. The invisible one.
Her knees buckled. Her wolf whimpered inside her.
And yet…
Somewhere deep inside, something shifted.
A warmth sparked in her blood. A strange, ancient heat curled in her bones.
Kael turned his back on her — the final insult.
“Take her back to the border. She’s no longer welcome here.”
That was the last thing she heard before everything went black.
She awoke on the cold forest floor, alone, tossed aside like garbage. The rejection had nearly killed her — but something was… wrong. Or maybe right.
The pain was still there, but beneath it…
Power.
It pulsed just beneath her skin.
Her hands trembled, her heart pounding, her breath uneven — but her wolf was growling.
Alera rose to her feet.
No longer just an omega. No longer helpless.
“You’ll regret this, Kael,” she whispered to the wind. “I don’t need to be your Luna to become your nightmare.”
The Moonborn blood in her had awakened.
And the girl they rejected…
Was about to become unstoppable.
