Rose pov
I was sitting in my living room with my daughter, i knew she had something on her mind, so i asked her,
“Alright young lady, what's on that pretty mind of yours? i raised an eyebrow just to lighten the moon, she smiled and told me what Melissa had said, my mouth dropped open, i was shocked, i didn’'t know he was an alpha, picking my glass up, I drank my wine in one gulp then poured another glass then drank that one as well, she had to tall me to slow down,
‘Honey, I'm so sorry, You weren't even thought of at that time, I was lonely I was just drowning my sorrows in alcohol, i felt his aura, but i really didn’t think about it at the time, i just wanted to forget about that day, we were drinking so much, the only thing I remembered was waking up in the hotel room naked beside him, i had to quickly get dressed and hurry out before he even woke up, two weeks later i mate Roger, a few days went by and i found out i was pregnant with you, We both knew it wasn't his, but he swore he would raise you as his, but things changed, I am not even sure if he has looked for me or even thought of me through the years, But for right now its just you and me, i hope its okay, I don't think we need a man to watch over the house do we?”
Mom, you don't need anyone. You take care of this house all by yourself. But do you ever think of him? Do you ever wonder what he's doing or if he even thinks of you?”
‘You know what? Yes, I do. I think of him all the time now. I wonder if he even looked for me or if he even thinks of me. He probably has a chosen mate, but I'm not really sure. If the time comes that we cross paths, I would love to talk to him and see, I would tell him about you. But right now, I'm taking care of myself and you, and that's all that matters, right?’
‘I agree mom, i think you are amazing mother that raised me very well, i need to head back to the warrior house, they only give me an hour before I have to get back,”
“Alright honey, you get back, i'll see you tomorrow.” I hugged my daugther, than kissed her forehead, i watched as she left the house to head back to hers, picking my book back up, i tried reading where i left off, but my mind couldn’t get into it, I started thinking about things, i started thinking what if i could find him and let him know about his daughter, She atleast needs to know him and he needs to know her, im not asking for anything, just got them to get to know each other, So i placed my book back down on the coffee table, picking up my phone, i just needed to know if he was okay, i know i remember about those deep green eyes that glowed, those dipples he had when he smiled, and that long brown hair he put in a ponytail, it was just long enough to do that, and that laugh, i remeber the laugh he had, it sounded amazing, we dranked so much we where unable to drive home so we rented a room for the night, cutting on my phone, I went to the werewolf dating sights,we had to be careful because humans would sign up to look for a friend or two maybe a friend for the night, so we couldn't just call it werewolf dating sight, I went to a few of them flipping through the males, he wasn’t on there, i typed in a few more then found nothing, i found a few cute ones, but thats about it, sighing i placed my phone down, my daughter had me thinking now, thinking about him, I wondered if he even thought about me, has he even bothered to look for me?
Sitting back, i knew i couldn't just keep thinking about him. It's going to drive me up the wall. Like i told my daughter, maybe one day we would cross paths again,
Parson pov
I was sitting in my chair looking at a folder that i been reading for the last three hours, I don’t know why that woman was on my mind, its been eightteen years now, and i just could not get her out of my head, she's my mate, i should had told her think when i went to the club that night, i don’t even know why I went that night i don’t know, but my wolf kept telling me we should go inside, He kept wimpering that night, so i finally went inside to have a few drinks, When i walked inside i smelled her right away, Freash cut grass and cinnamon. it made my mouth water, i quickly walked over there to her, I realized she was drinking, Her eyes looked so sad that night, like she was drawning her sorrows, something she was trying to forget maybe, maybe wanting, who knows, I offered to buy her a few shots, the next thing i knew we where both too drunk to drive home you see, wolfbane is posionus to werewolfs, but if you mix it with alcohol you can get really drunk, and trust me thats what we did that night, So i rented a room for the night, thinking we would wake up and claim each other as mates, we did more that night than i planed on, i was her first, i knew I was, there was blood on the sheets when i woke up, I was hoping she was still there when i woke up, but when i did, she was long gone, i was angry at first, i was angry with her for leaving me alone in that room, but its not her fault, she didn't know who I was, she probably freaked out when she woke up, My beta Gen walked into the room seeing i had the same folder in my hands,
‘Man, are you still thinking of that girl? You need to clear your head and get this done. The elders are waiting in that folder.”
‘The Elders can wait man, i need to figure out how to find that girl, you know what, i don’t even know if i have a pup out there, what happens if she raised our pup all by herself, she doesn't even know how to get a hold of me, she just ran out and didn't even look back,
“I told you, we should have marked her that night. We would have found her by now.’
‘Alpha you know why we didn't, i didn’t want her to think i was trying to control her, I didn't want her waking up and freaking out,’
“Dude, look for her later, just get that folder done, wait, let me do it, get on the computer and check some emails or something, get your mind off of that girl,” yeah right, there was no way to get my mind off of that girl, she is forever stuck in my head,
