Fated to one another

When i open my eyes it’s already dawn. I stretch out and look at my phone which is already overblown by messages. Mostly by my best friend dani. She’s the sweetest and most caring person i have ever met. We have been friends as long as i can remember. Her father is my dads beta so we basically grew up as sisters. My father.. he is the alpha of our pack black claw. A strong and fearce leader but a sweetheart to those he cares about. He is a great father and has always loved and supported me. Even tough he only had me he was always so so proud of me. Normally a son takes over as the alpha but my father made alteracions which included a female taking on after him. Which is one of the reasons why dani is spamming me.. it’s my 16th birthday today. Which means i am getting my wolf and it’s bringing me one step closer to becoming an alpha. But the thing she’s most after is seeing if i’ll be able to find my mate tonight. My mother planned this party for atleast 6 months she’s fully devoted to making it a night to remember and invited a lot of packs also hoping to find my mate. Usually i dont like these kind of things especially when i am the center of attention.. but for her i’ll endure it. I took my standard shower knowing that i’ll have to take another one later on and got dressed. I went for the save choice, some leggings and a sweater with my favourite converse. I walked over to my vanity and put my hair in a low ponytail and decided to not put any make up on. When i walked down the stairs i could hear my mother talking to her party planner in the living area of the pack house so i decided to sneak by to the kitchen and get myself some breakfast before this hectic day would start. Opening the doors i could smell the delicous muffins and bacon already waiting for me. Sitting beside that spot is dani smiling ear to ear. “ happy birthday !! “ she called out and i couldn’t help smiling. “ thankyou “ i answered. “ are you ready for tonight? “ dani asked. “ as ready as i could be, mom went over every step with me last night.. atleast 10 times” we laughed, our belly’s rumbling. “ but first i need some food “ After breakfast dani and i went for a walk. We talked a bit but mostly laughed over various things. Later on her mate joined and we took our goodbyes. She met her mate two months ago, when she turned 16. He is a warrior in our pack. They have been together sinds then. We would meet up later on so we could get al glammed up together. Walking up the pack house i decided to swing by my dad before meeting up with my mother. Walking up the stairs i could hear some murmer “ whe have reasons to believe he will make a appearance “ i slowed my steps wondering if it’s who i think it is. “ i dont get why he still gets to run his pack.. especially after the rumors he killed his own luna “ s**t. “ he still thinks he has some opportunity with marly “ my mother..? I heard enough. I walked in shocking the man at my father’s desk. “ who are you talking about? “ my dad looks me in the eyes and says “ the alpha of blue mountain “ s**t i knew it. When they where younger he was obsessed with my mother thinking they would be mates. Then she met my father en his world came carshing down. He stalked and threathend her hoping she would reject my father and join him. She didn’t ofcourse and he found his mate. But she died 17 years ago in childbirth. We think atleast. So i bared the question “ what does he want? “ already knowing what it is “ he’s still hoping your mother would leave and join him “ Richard my dads beta and Dani’s dad said. We all looked at eachother. “ dont tell mom, she’s been planning this for months i dont want to rain on her parade “ my heart ached and we all nodded. “ but let’s keep an extra eye out tonight “ i said. Earning some nods. Lets just hope he doesn’t show tonight..
