LILY'S POV
Hades sends me on my way. As I leave a sense of relief washes over me. My shoulders sag down, I hurry down the stairs. Longing for the warmth of my room I race all the way to my door.
Slipping into the room I rush to turn on the lamp on the table. The warm glow washes over the room with enough light that I can see my reflection stare back at me in the mirror.
My eyes look wide, I look so different. What is the feeling of when a huge surge of energy goes through your body? The air feels electric, I shiver and gingerly walk to the chair to sit down.
The cold makes my teeth chatter, I grab the blanket from the bed, dragging it the couch to get cozy by the window.
My feet move me towards the window. The urge to look out the window and peep if he is still there draws me in. I
