For once I am happy no one has come to ask me to join the party. I don't want to be there. I do not have the strength to put on a fake smile and pretend all is well with me. Till now the truth weighs heavily on my mind. Gwen came by earlier, she was in a rush. The tray balanced in her hands carrying potatoes and beef broth, an apple and water. The aroma of the delicious meal did not move me. I have no appetite, forcing a small smile I took it from her and placed it on the table.
