XAN'S PoV
I swallow my annoyance at the sight of Matt and his crew. He sees me and sneers in my direction.
I regard him with cool indifference but inside I want nothing more than to rip his throat out and leave his head dangling. His stench is hard to miss.
His pack all stare at me with a variation of stupid looks on their faces. Just for the fun of it I flash a smile at them and watch their confidence waver, the fear seep into their eyes and some even flinch.
I continue on my mission. Hades and his little errands. As the Alpha he had the power to send me on assignments but recently he has turned me into Lily's protector and shadow.
