To say I was shocked would be an understatement.
I don't think even the sleep paralysis demon would be this monstrous.
My eyes were trained on the cut-open corpse. It had bled some gooey neon lavender stuff on the floor. It was a strange mixture of all states of matter. At first glance, the thing looked solid like humans, but the more one kept looking, its parts felt more fluid than solid. And on an even closer look, there seemed to be that gaseous thing that gave it the ball of light and gaseous fire look when in a herd.
