Before We Start
This story is a scrap, I hope one day, I find the courage I will take this to Netflix so it can be a show and I would really love it if I get you guys opinion on my book, I've worked really hard on it and I promise you the storyline is very interesting
I have worked pretty hard on this book and I really hope you all enjoyed it
I named it 'Dear Villa' because the female lead Regina writes journals telling her story at the end of the day but I wanted to at first name the book 'Dareville' but it sounded more like Daredevil and I didn't want it to look anything alike plus the name sounds childish so I changed the dare to dear and the ville to villa and spaced out the word turning into Dear Villa
The Cover is pretty self-explanatory, The moon sign means night because Aldous has been sleeping for a millennium and the ink pen cutting between the moon suggests Regina's diary
When I had a pen and a paper trying to come up with an idea for a show that I would do in the future, I did have some ideas but then it never had a solid plot, It was all over the place and never really reaching an ending and I really wanted a concept that worked in the old days and first draft idea I had was the time my story is supposed to be done and I settled on the 13th and 14th century that was my first idea then I watched The Witcher which was pretty amazing, that brought up a creature like a Vexfiend it's just that, I changed how their powers are supposed to be and changed their storyline and Yennifer also inspired Regina but then also Daenerys from Game of Thrones and Mary from Reign, I wanted Regina to be a character that was very fearful and sometimes could be easily manipulated but inside holds fire and strength and she changed into someone who was strong and powerful like how Yennifer did, her being scared and fearful at first was the concept from Daenerys because she was at first very fearful but then during time she turned into a very powerful woman then her being nice and open to her people, sometimes could look like she could never kill a fly was the concept of Mary, she was nice, sweet, open to her people and could never ever kill a fly by just looking at it but in the inside she's never afriad to show her thoughts, never afraid to talk on her beliefs and never afraid to kill
Also, this book is in the third-person perspective, I want to capture the feels of ALL my characters to make the book more enjoyable
The character description is pretty straight forward
Aldous has vanilla skin texture, his hair is a black shoulder-length hair always tied up in a ponytail, he has ocean blue eyes that you could almost see yourself through, he is buff but not that buff, He is actually 1250 years old but then he was put to sleep at 25 years old
Regina has caramel skin texture, her hair often changes never changes at one depends on her, it could be straightened, it could be put into curls, it could be in her natural form which is her frizzy hair, she has the most alluring hazel eyes, it almost looked yellow and sometimes it could capture your soul, she is only 18 years old
