I roll my eyes at Bell and continue tying my shoelaces. “I’m sorry, but even Arvid is leaving for his classes today, and I’m tired of staying inside the apartment.”
Bell frowns, yet doesn’t complain. He reluctantly hands me over my bag and gives me a puppy-dog look. “I’m sorry. I know staying inside is probably boring, and I know you need to find out clues about what my brothers are up to, but I’ve never had a mate before, and seeing you leave the nest is making me concerned.”
