Chapter IX.2

I suddenly left and looked for water because it felt like my throat suddenly dried up. I took a glass of juice from the table and unknowingly drank something intoxicating.

RJ immediately followed me and asked for forgiveness. "Look, I'm sorry I didn't mean to offend you," he said.

"It's okay, I'm not mad," I told him. "And besides, you can hold me wherever you want," I joked with him.

"let's play more games?Who do you think won? Let's go check," I invited him.

He followed, and the next game was Truth or Dare. This might be the game we'll be playing all night.

"The game involves spinning the bottle, and whoever the bottle points to will be asked truth or dare." Sophia said

The participants formed a large circle.

"If the truth or dare is not completed, the consequence is to take a shot of liquor." dagdag pa ni Sophia

.And since I am the birthday girl, I spun the bottle. The bottle first pointed to Sophia. So we ask her truth or dare. She said truth and because I am the one who spin the bottle .I will be the one to ask her.

"Who is your crush in this Circle?"

Sophia's cheeks suddenly turned red at my question, and she seemed hesitant to answer, but she still took the mic.

"I... it's.. D.dr...Drake Pueblo" She said stuttering.

"Woah!..." the other students said.

.

It seems like Drake didn't mind when Sophia admitted that she has a crush on him, so Sophia started spinning the bottle.

.The bottle was pointing at Drake.

So our classmates started cheering

So Sophia asked him Truth or Dare?

"I would say truth," Drake said

"Do you like me too?" Sophia said boldly

"No, I only like one girl and it wasn't you," Drake said firmly

It seems like Sophia was hurt and the crowd suddenly became awkward so Sophia broke the silence suddenly

.

.

"Ok, Ok, this party is not for me so don't be awkward there are still many other guys here, Dzuh!" Sophia said "Okay, it's your turn to spin the bottle! You're taking too long," Sophia said to Drake

.

.Drake started spinning the bottle and when it stopped, it was pointing at his cousin RJ

so he asked RJ if Truth or Dare

.

."Since it's always truth, let's go with Dare" RJ answered

.

.

."Okay, I dare you to kiss the girl you like in this Circle" Drake ordered RJ

.

.

On the other hand, Mikha was smiling widely because she thought RJ would kiss her.

.

But Fean was nervous to see who RJ really likes, she might get heartbroken on her own birthday

.However, the unexpected happened as RJ just took a shot in front of them and drank it.

"Oh come on, RJ, you're so boring," said some of their classmates who were disappointed as they couldn't figure out who the heartthrob of their school likes

.

.RJ just ignored what they were saying and spun the bottle. It landed on Mikha.

"Truth or Dare?" RJ asked

"Truth...." Mikha answered

"Ok, What's the secret you haven't told anyone yet?" RJ asked Mikha

.

.

"Well, my biggest secret is I have a crush on you, RJ, ever since I first saw you in our classroom," Mikha replied

.

.

"Oh, I've been beaten by leech again," Fean said without realizing she spoke louder than she intended, causing their classmates to look at her awkwardly as she forced a smile

.

.

"Hehehe, Come on, Mikha, you spin the bottle," she said.

It's my birthday, shouldn't I be the star? she thought to herself

.

.

Mikha started spinning the bottle and it landed on Fean

"Ok Fean, Truth or Dare?" Mikha asked

"Dare!" Fean said boldly

Fean said, "Ok, set the timer,"

Fean started jumping into the pool. She took a deep breath before going underwater.

.

.

After 5 minutes, Fean was about to resurface as she heard the timer, but suddenly she was foot cramp, so she couldn't come up. She tried to massage her foot first but she was running out of breath.

.

."Guys!" Sophia shouted

Her classmates approached and asked why

"It's been 5 minutes, it's almost six minutes and Fean hasn't come up yet," she replied to her classmates

"Call the Lifeguard," said one of their classmates, Anya

Before they could call the Lifeguard, RJ jumped into the water.

."RJ quickly found Fean underwater and she was unconscious. He swiftly swam and retrieved Fean from the water, bringing her to the surface of the pool.

.

.

"God, Call the Lifeguard, no one here knows how to do CPR," Anya said

Shortly after, the lifeguard arrived and started pumping Fean's chest and about to perform CPR but RJ then pushed the lifeguard and took over the CPR.

.

.After a few seconds, Fean coughed and water came out of her mouth.

.

.When she opened her eyes, the first person she saw was the lifeguard, followed by the concerned face of RJ and her classmates surrounding her

.

"I'm sorry guys, my foot hurt underwater so I couldn't come up immediately," Fean apologized to her classmates

.

.

"What are you talking about, Fean, don't apologize, the one who should apologize here is the one who dared you! It's so annoying!" Sophia scolded

.

.

"Let's not blame each other, guys, no one wanted this to happen and I hope my parents won't find out about this, I don't want them to worry," Fean said

.

.

Her classmates just agreed with her.

.

.

"Just enjoy, guys, don't worry about me," Fean said to her classmates.

.

.On the other hand, Fean felt sad because the Lifeguard already got her most cherished first kiss, thinking that the Lifeguard was the one who performed CPR on her.

.

.

."She stood up and Drake approached her, giving her a robe to cover her body. She thanked him and went to their room to change.

.

.

After changing, she joined her friends who were drinking, including Drake, RJ, and Mikha.

.

.Mikha apologized to her and she forgave her. But Sophia just rolled her eyes to Mikha
